Lovely hotel. Day 3 of our stay couldn’t be more impressed. No issues with food or drinks everything to a fab standard. Additional amenities provided at request and sent to the room within the hour. Had an issue on the 2nd day the hotel picked up and resolved promptly. Staff very friendly and welcoming. 5* plus if I could.
Lovely hotel with very friendly restaurant staff. The food was very good, lots of options. The hotel doesn’t advertise the kids mini disco very well, we couldn’t find it on the first couple of nights and there were only a couple of kids at the disco every night. The entertainers could advertise it better and maybe changing the timings to after dinner would be better. The kids pool doesn’t have a sunshade over it which is a shame. Overall very clean and lovely hotel.
To the Management of H10 Playa Meloneras, I am writing to express my complete disappointment with our recent stay at your resort. We paid approximately €6,000 for what was sold to us as a triple suite for three adults, yet upon arrival we were given nothing more than a standard double room. Three adults had to squeeze into a room designed for two people, with my 20-year-old son forced to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed for the entire stay. This is completely unacceptable for a five-star resort. When we raised this issue at reception, we were simply told that it was the travel agency's fault and that nothing could be done. As guests, we should not have been caught between the hotel and the agency. We paid for a triple suite, and we expected to receive exactly what we booked. Another major disappointment was the location. We expected a beach resort, yet there was no direct beach access. Every single day we had to leave the hotel and travel several kilometers just to spend time at the beach. This was never the holiday experience we paid for. The food was another huge letdown. Breakfast was almost identical every day, with what seemed like endless variations of eggs—boiled eggs, poached eggs, fried eggs, omelets, egg dishes—but very little real variety. For a five-star ultra all-inclusive resort, the quality and selection were extremely poor. We never even had lunch at the hotel because we had to leave for the beach every day and could not return in time. Dinner was also repetitive, with only minor changes from one day to the next. There was very little variety, and the food quality was far below what anyone would expect from a luxury resort. The so-called ultra all-inclusive service was equally disappointing. Drinking water and beverages were not freely available as expected. We were limited instead of enjoying the unlimited service that "ultra all-inclusive" should provide. The room service was also unacceptable. During our seven-night stay, the minibar was replenished only once. Every day the room was prepared for only two guests, despite the reservation being for three adults. We repeatedly received only two towels, two toothbrushes, two sets of toiletries, and two glasses. It felt as though the third guest simply did not exist. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had. The room did not match what we paid for, the food lacked quality and variety, the service was poor, and the all-inclusive concept failed to meet even basic expectations. I will never recommend H10 Playa Meloneras to anyone, and neither I nor my family will ever return. We expected a luxury five-star experience and instead received a holiday that fell far below the standard promised and paid for. Extremely disappointed.
Lovely hotel, immaculate with stunning rooms. We stayed privlege all inclusive and highly recommend privlege as it gives access to unlimited A la Carte restuarants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gaudi and Brassiere were our favourites delicious food. Staff that particularly stood out for exceptional service were Maria and her team in Gaudi. Yomara in Naturalia and Abel at the poolside bar.
Everything we have come to expect from a H10 hotel and so much more. The check in experience set the standard as we were guided to the lobby bar where a tray of drinks and snacks were bought over. The marshmallows were a treat. The check in process was quick and tagged wristband fitted to comfort. The bags were taken by the bellboy and followed us to the room. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable and all facilities including Nespresso coffee machine and fridge stocked with water, soft drinks, beers and snacks. Bathroom with double sink and shower. Towels are enormous. Dined first evening in buffet and made bookings through the app next morning for the first week. The choice of four al la carte is great, all with excellent choice of food an wine. No favourite restaurant although Sakura show is an experience not to be missed. The level 4 Privilege terrace with padded loungers, infinity pool (temperature conditioned), lounge, snacks and range of drinks is the best and we'll worth the upgrade. All staff were polite and went the extra to assist. Already booked to return in September. Thanks H10 Meloneras.
