Disappointed In The Differences.
Here on our 2nd stay. The first stay was absolutely fab. Room Great - peaceful, relaxing, comfortable. This stay not so. Both stays we booked a 1 bed superior room. First stay the room was fab - everything really good - comfortable table chairs on large balcony. Double height window in lounge. Window in kitchen and bathroom. Relaxing, good view, peaceful.
This trip & day 2 I’m ready to go home. No double height window in lounge. No window in kitchen or bathroom. Furniture on balcony is not the same and uncomfortable. Balcony is smaller. Getting blasted with loudspeaker & music from the pool. Cleaners are moving furniture loudly. Noise from upstairs apartments. The noise on the corridor just amplifies everytime someone goes past. None of these issues last stay.
How can 2 rooms be so different considering they are both advertised as superiors rooms? Apparently this was a plus apartment that so say is now classed as a superior apartment. I’ve double checked with reception - apparently they are all the same. Just told they all the same & dismissed. Clearly they are not. I asked for a similar room when we booked this stay but clearly this is not the same.
Seriously considering cancelling our next booked stay now.

Bad Last Day
We arrived late due to the air traffic incident on Tuesday 8th September however my Wife has walking difficulty and we had no help with the cases to our room. Reception Staff were great from then, especially Lars.
We had a few room issues that were sorted BUT: We had to buy our own toilet roll after day 10 of 12 nights. We knew we had a 16.30 collection on the last day so we tried to book a late check-out on day 2 of our holiday so we could enjoy our last day however we were told that we had to call at 9am on our last day to see if this was available (plus we had to pay)! Sadly on the day we were refused a late check out so we had to spend 4 hours waiting in our going home clothes.
It's sad that for all our money spent we couldn't spend another few hours enjoying the last day of our holiday. Lastly I might add that the Spa is €15 a day and it has many tiles missing and the outside Jacuzzi doesn't work properly.

Fantastic apartment
We stayed in a superior 2 bedroom apartment which was excellent. Definitely recommend paying extra for superior room to get air conditioning. The sofa bed pulled out into 2 separate single beds which suited the kids and stopped any arguments about who would share with who! Apartment was fantastic, could not ask for more. Cleaning was done meticulously and very regularly. Pools in the complex were fantastic and all watched by lifeguards - brilliant for families. Breakfast was good, didn’t try evening food here as food in the area was fantastic. Staff at reception were also excellent and very helpful. Two small things - if from the UK bring adapter plugs - there were none in the rooms and if you get in late at night as we did there was no bottled water left in the fridge although there is a vending machine in reception. Definitely recommend this complex and hope to be back!

Great on all counts - we will be back!
We had a great time at Cordial Valle. The apartments were massive with double balconies, and very child-safe. The staff were lovely and friendly- Alessando helped us relax after a really stressful outward journey and welcomed us with a glass of cava. The food is fresh and delicious, all the staff take great pride in their work and the apartments are cleaned daily. The entertainment is great and there's loads for kids from babies up. It's a 10-minute, basically pedestrianised walk to the seafront and the town is lovely. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous location for winter sun and fun!
A really fun, relaxed, stay! The apartments are big and functional. The resort is busy and bustling but relaxed. The evening entertainment is a treat - free shows which my children adored watching.
It often takes a while to be served at the bar, but given the value for money I wouldn’t expect them to have lots of staff on all the time.
It’s a lovely walk to the beach and there are good shops nearby.
For primary school age kids I would (and have) recommend this place as a brilliant winter sun option!
