Great family holiday
Family of 11 all ages, we just returned from 14 nights here and have been really impressed with the hotel. My daughter has coeliac disease, so we were a little worried about how easy it would be for her to eat safely. However, the staff couldn’t have done more to make sure her food was safe. They were really helpful and accommodating throughout our stay, which made things so much easier for us. The food was great, rooms were clean, and the entertainment was enjoyable. The all-inclusive drinks were also good. The only downside was that the music and microphone around the swimming pool were very loud. Overall the hotel was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff throughout. We had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great hotel
Great hotel. Good location the rooms are nice and clean very spacious we were room 176 very quiet along there comfortable beds slept well. Food ok always plenty and hot, great selection. Only downside is the pool areas, too many guests for size of the pools. Apart from the small pool areas it has a really good atmosphere. Good value for money really enjoyed our stay.
A wonderful family holiday — we didn’t want to leave!
We had a fantastic stay and came home with so many lovely memories.
The food and drinks were great, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the pool and entertainment created such a fun atmosphere. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was very well looked after.
My children absolutely loved it, and so did I. We were genuinely sad to leave and would happily stay again. A great choice for a relaxing and fun family holiday in Gran Canaria. ❤️
Great family hotel
We had such a lovely 2 weeks stay - this is my second time staying here. Food - main resturant had lovely options of hot and cold food so if youre a fussy eater you will find something you like. The snack bar was handy aswell if you didnt want anything big throughout the day and stayed open till 11pm. It is a very family orientated hotel - brilliant for young children, the animation was superb throughout. The staff were so lovely but a special shout out to Yudith!! She made us laugh every time we saw here and her cocktails tasted amazing!! Would definitely recommend.
Would definitely come back
Absolutely amazing hotel, so many amenities, entertainment. The food choices are outstanding and every member of staff has been so welcoming and friendly. Very close to the beach and the famous dunes. Lots of supermarkets/souvenir shops and markets, the pools are so varied also. One side has activities, music etc, the other side is more relaxed, with jacuzzis and a large pool and even a child's splash area. The hotel are also hosts to a few cats, which are friendly and are well looked after by the staff here.
