This wonderful complex, surrounded by the natural landscape and the spectacular view of the sea of Playa del Ingles, is the perfect hotel for those vacationers who are looking for the balance between beauty and simplicity. It has an area of outdoor pool where guests can enjoy a wonderful sunbath in the sun loungers on the shore, or simply cool off in its always mild climate, surrounded by palm trees and green areas. The restaurant offers delicious food suitable for any age and very diverse, while to enjoy the nightlife the bar is available with its drinks menu. The rooms have a balcony to enjoy the paradisiacal views and are equipped with everything necessary to have a pleasant stay. Nearby is the town, where you can find shops, bars and restaurants to get to know the culture and make purchases and, just 40 minutes from the hotel, is the Gran Canaria airport.

Good points. Location is great. 10 mins walk to the beach , the main square with the Masapalomas letters and Yumbo centre. Rooms are functional and clean. Lots of bars within a 30 second walk and shops too. Bad points. No air con. Heat in Gran Canaria will keep most people awake at night. I made a mistake by booking this one as it happens as I always book rooms with air con. Our room was on the front which meant the music from over the road started at 9pm and didn’t stop till 4am. We knew about this though so it wasn’t a surprise and is probably why the hotel is so cheap. I imagine it puts a lot of off. It is really loud but if there was air con I’d put up with it and go back. If you’re on a tight budget and don’t mind no air con then you’ll be ok. However, if you need a good nights sleep and it being to hot and noisy, then I’d swerve this hotel.

Pleasantly surprised
Just arrived back from a week at this hotel. Before going we did worry with all the bad reviews but on arrival we were very pleased. Reception staff were all brilliant as were bar staff. The room was pretty modern, big and spotless and overlooked the main pools, which was lucky as the rooms in the building overlooking the front had to put up with very loud music until 4am from a bar across the road, every night. Maids came in regularly and even washed our pots if we hadn't. There are 4 pools with the main one possibly heated and a brilliant one for kids. There is entertainment every night however it wasn't anything to write home about. All drinks are very reasonably priced and we even paid for all inclusive for our last few days. Food was ok with a reasonable variety. Obviously not 5 star but there was always something you could enjoy. The bad points were the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, however you could hire portable units from reception. The noise from the bar across the road, if you are staying in that block and the beach and main area is a good 20 minutes walk. Taxis are fairly cheap though. All in all we had a good experience and would stay there again.

Worst hotel ever never go back
Hotel awful we arrived 10 45 pm firstly had 2 pay 50 euro deposit for your room 21 euro for safe wifi 30 euro and no air con so hire of air con 8 euro a day food was worst all inclusive I have ever had disgusting freezing cold pancakes and omelette were made and left they were like rubber one bar and that was around the pool no comfort seating plastic cups no other bar anywhere else where adults could sit and relax rooms were clean and basic location was perfect lovely bars opposite the hotel 5 euros in a taxi to yumbo where there were plenty of restaurants bars and excellent all you can eat Chinese hotel staff were very rude security guard were very intimidating overall location made our holiday hotel food and drinks ruined our holiday

Stay away if your British
Location lovely hotel/apartment what can I say if you are not Spanish don’t go staff are rude and because more of the hotel apartments are owned by Spanish people they are so rude they do not like holiday makers and they hate the English our 4 year old was bullied by older Spanish children in the kids splash pool so decided to use the quiet pools but you can’t make any noise as you just get told to sssshhhhh and get tutted at told to go away apartments are soooo old very basic but are clean we had two apartments one the beds was lovely but the other very uncomfortable the sofa beds well they are not good at all and the aircon is a waste of money did not do anything it’s a portable unit that they use a metal flue which gets extremely hot will burn you and heats the room up the place itself is clean the cleaning staff do anything amazing job pictures on the sites are really not what the place is like they definitely made them look far better I can’t comment on food at restaurant as we was self catering but the pizzas by the pool bar was nice and the chips but was very very expensive towels are the size of hand towels so take bigger ones with you I didn’t pay a lot but even so I wish we didn’t go to be honest the rudeness was just simply overwhelming and upset us to the point we was looking at other hotels to move to but tui would not help and we couldn’t afford to pay for a whole new hotel

Worst hotel ever, TUI you've got to be kidding ,
Hotel gives you map of hotel with your key card, states 2 adult pools, no it isn't kids are in every pool, not allowed to reserve sunbeds with towels, Oh Yes you can, no-one takes any notice of that, kids screaming and shouting up to 1a.m and 2.am so don't expect any sleep if your by the kids pool and bar, only good thing is food but then noticed over the days flies in restaurant on food yuk, this is a 1 star hotel, very very basic and remember to bring fans with you as it's so hot at night difficult to sleep as well as the noise, ear plugs aren't that good
