Overall lovely, just avoid Divine
Actually the rooms are good, reception staff friendly and helpful, and the domestic cleaning staff probably some of the best in tne world. But dont hang around the Divine pool bar expecting any service, I waited an hour - wasted t8me. They're far too busy with their mates. Although I did get a Pina Colada in a chipped glass.

A gem of a hotel in playa del ingles
Been comming here for a few years now and always have a great holiday. Great food breckfast and dinner. We have noticed less book HB so restaurant has had to reduce food down but there is still a lot of options to choose and quality is still good. Our room on this visit seemed quite small as we requested a room not to far from reception i cant complain. Pool area is well maintained and reasonably clean and lots of beds. We are back next aprill but we have been told it will close in may for a major refurbishment.

Never again
Had to book a classic room as premier room full but never again I've stayed here 7 times in last 2 years booked for Christmas but will be getting cancelled to other hotel view was a concrete wall and 2 half dead trees floor was soaking in room and a constant generator buzzing so won't be sitting in balcony
Clean hotel, Great food, Convenient Location
Stayed her for 1 week in Aug with our 2 adults teenage girls in 2 rooms. They tried to put us as close together as possible but were on different floors...was not a problem though. It's a gorgeous hotel with lovely food, very clean, great staff and convenient location. We did have a problem with our door lock computer running out of battery but maintance sorted it out in a few hours and the hotel very kindly sent us up a bottle of champagne to apologise for the inconvenience which we thought was a lovely touch. The balcony is massive in room 348 and I would definitely recommend a higher pool view on left side as you get the sun in afternoon which is lovely. In all a great time and would stay again. Good Hotel just try to get a room near reception rooms _61 to 64 are a long walk
Darius the concierge was very helpful when we found our room was almost 900 yards away he found us a room which was just outside of the lift which helps my legs an awful lot. We will return provided we can always have a room not too far from the left the staff here I've been very friendly and helpful throughout great pool great jacuzzi nice and Central
