More Accessible toilets required
Good location Good food and drink Clean rooms Staff very pleasant My only complaint was that there are not enough accessible toilets near pool as all toilets were down stairs The one accessible toilet was near the bar and able people used it While I was there the door catch was not closing properly Also there were no chairs at poolside for folks who cannot use loungers Have visited Waikiki 3 times but unfortunately will return only when the accessible toilet situation is sorted

Nice hotel but not really for the Brits.
A nice hotel our room was very nice and it was cleaned every day. The food was also very good, you had a good choice every day. The swimming pool was fine overall we had a very nice time at a very nice hotel. But this hotel do cater more for the Germans than for the Brits. Would I go back the answer is no I think if you are British you could find a better hotel and leave this one for the Germans.
Fantastic hotel
Brilliant location (for bars clubs shops) Hotel was lovely and rooms really spacious and cleaned to the highest standard. Staff were nice and helpful especially the animation team. Food was fantastic. Entertainment was good day and evening. Adult only section was lovely and peaceful with a great snack bar ( open to everyone all inclusive) Will definitely book again

Amazing holiday
Just returned from a fantastic holiday at the servatur waikiki...friendly entertainment staff, Marco absolutely amazing, he taught me how to shoot, at the rifle competition... rooms are adequate, but I missed having a kettle in the room, ..we were all inclusive, food was nice, and the entertainment on a evening was interesting.... would I recommend...my answer is absolutely 💯 would I return, yes absolutely 💯....good value for money

Another enjoyable stay — the entertainment team make this hotel!
We previously stayed at Servatur Waikiki for a week at the end of April 2025 and returned for ten days from 3rd to 13th September 2026. We knew what to expect and had another enjoyable holiday.
The reception area is quite dated, and we didn’t find the reception staff particularly helpful. However, the catering staff, cleaners and entertainment team deserve plenty of praise.
The rooms are a little dated too, but clean, and the air conditioning works really well. For us, the hotel feels about right for a three-star-plus stay. If you can look past the areas that need updating, you can have a fab time.
Breakfast could do with improving. I’m allergic to eggs and cheese, which makes it more of a struggle, although I always managed to find something to eat. Lunch and dinner, however, I couldn’t fault. There was always something for me.
The entertainment staff are the heart and soul of this hotel. A special shout-out to Marcos, Alba, Betty and Patricia — thank you for making our holiday so much fun! They create such a lovely atmosphere, get to know your name and are brilliant with the kids. Getting involved really adds to the holiday. The activities and prizes are a great way to have a laugh and bring people together. We also couldn’t fault the evening entertainment provided by outside acts.
The bar allows two drinks per person at a time, which we thought was a good idea.
One area that could be improved is the departure-day experience. Checkout was at midday, but our pickup wasn’t until 6pm, so it was a long, hot wait. Something to make that time more comfortable would be appreciated.
Overall, the hotel was exactly what we expected. There’s room for improvement, but we enjoyed our stay, always found something to eat, and the entertainment team made the holiday special.
