Maracaibo

Our stay at this apartment complex was absolutely wonderful. The apartments are neat and spotlessly clean. We stayed in the room with a private pool, which gave us a super luxurious and exclusive feeling throughout our vacation.The amenities at the complex are fantastic. You can order a delicious cava sangria at the bar, which is highly recommended! They also serve excellent tapas—make sure to try the garlic prawns in chili oil! Furthermore, the reception sells water, wine, beer, sodas, and ice cream at very reasonable prices. For example, a bottle of Rueda wine costs only 5 euros and actually tastes great. A special shoutout goes to Valentina at the front desk, who is extremely friendly and makes sure you have a completely carefree holiday.Location-wise, it takes about a 15-minute walk to get to the city center, which means you get to sleep in a very quiet and peaceful environment. Just keep one thing in mind: if you stay in Room 1, you might experience some noise in the evening or night from guests returning home, as the room is located right next to the elevator. However, we did not find this to be a major disturbance.In short, we had a delightful holiday experience here. Just book it!

A lovely hotel in a great location. Views are stunning, staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. Restaurant on site is excellent, good food and great value. Our 4th stay, already planning 5 and 6!! Thank you to the staff who made our recent stay so lovely again, we'll see you soon.

We stayed at the Maracaibo at the end of August along with the family (7 of us altogether) for the first time. We've been coming to Puerto Rico for many years and these are by far the best apartments we have ever stayed in. The pool area and bar/restaurant are really nice and the bar is open from early until midnight. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and the staff are all lovely. The rooms are all kept spotlessly clean. This will be our 'go to' place from now on.
