Great stay
Lovely hotel and very friendly staff especially the bar staff. Spa was excellent, wish I had done the whole day, very reasonable prices . Only 1 small change recommended, more umbrellas please much needed in the heat. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Not very good
Lovely view from our 7th floor room to sea. Not so impressed with the room, sticky light switches, socket on floor, marks in walls. We found an ankle braclet under the bed which wasn’t ours! We arrived and shower had hairs in it in the corner and these remained for our week stay, clearly not cleaned very well. Our tea, milk and sugar was never replenished we had to constantly ask reception or take from the restaurant. We even wrote a note in Spanish for the cleaner asking for tea bags and this was ignored. We went to the spa to book a package both members of staff we spoke to were rude and told us to look on line to book packages. My partner has psoriasis so we needed to know what products they use, we ended up walking out. The pool is chained off until 9.30am but some mornings the chain was open and people were walking in earlier . On our day before last the chain was off at 9.15am so we went in, the next minutes we heard shouting and it came from cyro the manager telling us to get out I explained the chain was open and he continued to shout at us, so rude! The food in the buffet of an evening was horrible, same old food tasteless, we ended up eating out for four nights
Lovely Holiday
Approximately 25 minutes in taxi from Airport. 10 -15 minutes down hill to bars and supermarkets, taxi at bottom of the hill ready to take back to the hotel Friendly staff willing to help. Room 1232 was opposite evening entertainment, noise level was extreme. Room cleaned daily, bottles of water replenished daily, tea/coffee facilities available in the room, however not always replenished. Numerous amounts of sunbeds available on several levels, salt water pool very pleasant. Food was good plenty of choice at breakfast and evening meal. Given a sheet of paper to explain opening times of pool and restaurant and protocols to adhere too, however evening dress code formal this was not adhered too, people in any type of shorts. Snack bar indicates no one to sit in with no cover on tops, I was asked to put my t-shirt which I was happy to do, however the following day several men sat at the tables and were not asked to cover up. There is a chill out area on the 9th floor, sunbeds and brolly a charge of 21 euros, you have to book in advance . Lovely atmosphere in the evening, great staff.
Visited the San Augustin Steak House, highly recommend fabulous meal for my wife's 65th birthday

Great all inclusive week
Lovely clean hotel, rooms very comfortable and fabulous selection of food. This was my 4th visit here, I did find it a bit busier as I am usually here in November, but it was still a lovely place to be. Julia was very entertaining, she seemed to organise all the activities from aqua gym to bingo and all other classes and even performed in the evening and has a beautiful singing voice. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were all so pleasant. The beach was within walking distance and this wasnt a problem to us but someone with limited mobility might find it a problem, but there is a courtesy bus from the hotel to playa del ingles and maspaloma. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.
Just ok
Just returned from a 12 day trip. The hotel is lovely and clean and the rooms are spacious and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of sunbeds so no sunbed wars (out of peak holiday season I must say!), we got to the pool at 10ish everyday and never struggled. Pools are deep, I’m 5ft 7 and was on my tip toes the whole time, but a lovely temp and a good size. They are salty but didn’t really matter. We were half board and I must say I’m very grateful for that. I wouldn’t say me and my husband are fussy eaters at all but we really struggled with the food. My husband lived like a child on burgers, chips and pizza whilst I attempted to eat a little better. Don’t get me wrong we never left without eating something but it was just bland and boring. Luckily we ate out every night barring one so could get some relief. I am genuinely shocked to see such positive reviews of the food tbh. The one night we did eat in the hotel we ended up getting uber eats delivered a few hours later as we were still hungry
The shopping centre is down the hill about 5/10 min walk and was great, we spent every evening there. The food choice's are great and all of our meals were amazing. We then got a taxi back up each night costing 3.85euros, so not expensive at all. The walk back is easy doable we just couldn’t be bothered
The beds were comfortable but I hated them being twins as I like to cuddle my husband! The bathrooms were lovely and spacious. Air con is TERRIBLE. One thing I care about on holiday is being cool whilst relaxing and that never happened. It’s wasn’t broken as we could hear it on, it was just diabolical. The main reason for me never returning ever again is that. Plus every single other area in the hotel has no air con, not in the reception, spa, restaurant so you are just hot all the time!
We got a good deal on a couples massage and the spa was nice, would recommend that.
Gorbea restaurant we never tried as we thought it was pricy when you can have lovely food just down the road, but setting is nice. We tried the rooftop pool one day aswell, which is nice that it’s adults only but far too quiet for us so we went back downstairs after an hour. The nudist area was interesting and I think quite refreshing to have somewhere like this! But it is separated from the pool area so if you don’t want to see naked people you don’t have too
We had a nice time, but unfortunately wouldn’t return
