This was a last minute booking due to our previous holiday being cancelled. Positives - staff throughout the hotel were lovely, cleaning staff for rooms and in restaurant were so hard working and always cheerful. There were loads of options for breakfast, freshly made omelettes were very nice. Some strange options available - (chips and carrots & sweetcorn?) but you'd be hard pressed not to find something to eat. Dinner was generally pretty good again with lots of options although there were a couple of nights we struggled to find something (not keen on fish or meat on bones). Hotel grounds are very well kept, pool areas always clean and gardens looked well maintained. Family rooms were very good, small dressing room, bedroom and lounge area with pull down sofa bed, large balcony. Beds very comfortable although they moved constantly, even turning around in bed would have them half way across the room.

Negatives - this hotel had so many different colour of bands - yellow (family rooms), red (access to adult only pool), green (no idea), white (kids), silver (all inclusive premium), gold (all-inclusive premium plus) - usually when we've been all inclusive, it means what it sounds like, not here unfortunately, although we were in all inclusive family rooms (rooms were very good), we only got one bottle of water between 2 of us for a 10 day stay - we asked one day at the bar for a bottle and was told we didn't have the right all inclusive package for this but we could buy one?
Similarly we had to pay €5 per day to use the adult only swimming pool meaning we had to wear both a yellow and red band. We also had to pay a deposit for pool towels which is fair enough but you need to pay €1 any time you want to change them which we've never had before.
Also need to pay to use the safe in the room. Hotel wouldn't be great for anyone with mobility issues as its on a hill and lots of short flights of stairs everywhere. There's not that much around the hotel. We didn't really see the entertainment at night so can't comment much about this, the bits we did see didn't encourage us to rush back the next night.

On the whole it was a nice hotel, lovely staff, ok food, be prepared to pay for extras in hotel you'd usually expect to be included in price - adult only pool, water, safe, change pool towels.

We are extremely disappointed with our stay. I wish I had not trusted the reviews before booking—having now experienced the hotel myself, I genuinely question how all of the positive reviews were written or whether they reflect authentic guest experiences.

Unfortunately, we would not return to this hotel.

The food was a major letdown. There was very little variety, and dishes were often repeated from lunch through to dinner. Vegetarian options were particularly limited, with little beyond grilled vegetables or salad. There was also no tea or coffee available during lunch or dinner service, which was surprising given that we paid for a “premium all-inclusive” package. Tea and coffee are available in reception during the day, but even then, no cold milk was provided for tea despite requesting it.

The rooms are large but feel very bare and poorly equipped. There are no drawers or adequate furniture, and nowhere to sit apart from the bed. In our case, the sofa bed had been made up for our son, leaving no seating area at all. The “double bed” is simply two single beds pushed together with separate duvets, meaning you constantly slip into the gap and can’t sleep next to your partner. There was also no bin in the living area.

Cleanliness was not up to standard. We found hairs on the inside of the bathroom door on arrival, as well as hair stuck in the sink. Our balcony overlooked the hotel’s industrial bins, which was both unpleasant to look at and very noisy, with constant banging as they were emptied and refilled throughout the day.

The hotel shop sells inflatables, yet these are not permitted in the pools, which makes little sense. Sold as a family hotel, I expected my son to be able to play in the pool with the inflatables we bought from the hotel shop. This removed a lot of fun from my son’s holiday.

Sunbeds are not set out around the pool each day. Instead, guests are expected to collect and carry their own from a storage rack each morning, which feels inconvenient. Pool towels are provided at €10 deposit per towel. However, if you want clean towels during your stay, there is an additional charge of €1 per towel, per day. For a family of five, this quickly adds up—costing an extra €35 over a week.

There is no proper indoor seating area for the evenings. In April, this meant choosing between sitting outside in the cold or staying in the stark, brightly lit reception area, which lacked any atmosphere or entertainment.

There is also an “amusements room,” but most of the machines were out of order. Some still took money without working, which was very disappointing for our son.

Staff were inconsistent—some were friendly and helpful, while others were rude and unwelcoming. On our first day, when I asked whether the Sprite was sugar-free, I was told it was “the same as everywhere in the hotel” and that I could pour it myself from the snack bar if I preferred. This response felt unnecessarily dismissive and unhelpful.

Overall, we are genuinely puzzled as to how this hotel receives positive reviews or repeat guests.

Sadly wasn't impressed at all with our holiday here. Animation Team by far the best thing about the hotel they are great and deserve all the praise. Waiting on staff /bar staff/ glass collectors all lovely and work very hard.

Several things let this hotel down.

Whilst i understand a deposit for a towel €20 per towel is excessive especially as the towels were not that great quality. What is outrageous is charging a €1 to exchange a towel. Never known anything like it in any hotel ever.

No balls /floats in the pools. Odd

You need more umbrellas round that pool especially as you ban people having their own there is very little shade Rooms Some may be nice. Ours was not. Back of the hotel above the incinerater and opposite a factory. Debated asking for a move then seen this was chargeable so didn't bother.

Safe.....chargeable. why?

Kettle & Cups in room but no coffee/tea spoon....what's the point???

Check in. Given some sketchy directions and sent on our way to try an navigate were on earth we were going.

People have different coloured wristbands for different AI packages. We were never offered any option to upgrade, it was never explained to us so we didn't bother asking. Same with the adult pool wasnt mentioned to us.

Queues. Not enough staff on the bar so you will wait a long time each time you go.

Lobby Bar. Soul less

A few dry pastries doesn't count as 24/7 snacks

Shower room. Nice that it's free but a 10min slot per room. Come on barely time to get wet
