- TUI BLUE Suite Princess Adults Only

This extensive hotel complex boasts a stunning mountainside setting, on the island of Gran Canaria. Surrounded by the beauty and splendour of the Taurito Valley, this complex is sure to complex. The beach is situated just a short distance away. The charming town of Puerto de Mogan can be found just 4 km from the hotel. This hotel comprises beautifully-designed guest rooms, which respect the serenity of the area, with refreshing tones and a tranquil ambiance. The complex features wonderful restaurants, as well as a number of bars, cafes and shops. A nightclub is also available on site. Guests are invited to enjoy the many leisure facilities that the complex has to offer.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The entertainment at the hotel was fantastic and really made our stay. A special thank you to Alma and Simon for their positive energy. Don’t miss out on Simone’s bingo nights!
Lovely hotel it’s the best I have stayed at n it I did get loss on the first day as it’s very big hotel lovely people always helpful and the food was lovely too I did feel save here as I was by myself definitely would come back
Stayed at this hotel with a friend for ten days. From the first moment we entered the reception until the minute we left we felt welcome. The staff were lovely, helpful, friendly and professional. We had a junior suite which was clean, roomy and comfortable. The food was amazing with something for everyone. The deserts were very tempting and delicious. There was entertainment around the pool area if you wanted to join in and the evening shows were good. There was also a separate piano bar if you wanted something a little more sedate. A free shuttle to nearby Morgan was a nice touch and the service buses were a short walk away and easy to use if you wanted to go further. Puerto rico only took 15 or 20 minutes and cost one euro forty each way. All in all it was a fabulous holiday and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
I booked this holiday over a year ago and before coming away at the end of July 2026, I was getting worried after reading a lot of negative reviews.
However, our experience here was overall very positive. There are some grumbles but nothing compared to what I had previously read. First, I will touch on some of my grumbles.
Grumbles: • There are smoking areas around the side of the pools. Although no one smoked cigarettes round the pool, there were some people continuously vaping. I found this extremely inconsiderate and lazy. Each time the lifeguard came round, it stopped but that was not often enough. I went with my mum and every time she vaped, she went to the designated areas. • There is an all inclusive premium package you can choose to purchase if the standard all inclusive isn’t enough. However, in my opinion it was not worth the extra money. You have a few extras such as more choices of cocktails and better alcohol, as well bathrobes and an iron upon request etc included in the premium. We asked for an iron at reception and borrowed it for 1 day. So this is still something you can get upon request without the premium. • The poolside can get very slippy and a fair few times people fell over. More mats are needed round the pool when people are getting out. • The choice of food at lunch was very limited for me personally as I am a picky eater and recognise that is just a me thing. There were a selection of sandwiches, cheeses and meats. But I found there were little cooked hot meat options and mainly fish options during lunch. • The sunbeds are uncomfortable and outdated. • At the weekend the hotel allows the locals in to enjoy the pool, food etc. This in itself is not a grumble but the rudeness of some of the locals is. On a few occasions, when people were in the pool, some locals would remove towels off sunbeds for their own use. Although these situations were resolved, it’s not acceptable.
Positives: • Although the hotel is slightly outdated and could use a revamp in some areas, there are some beautiful parts to the hotel. The sea views are great. • You have access to the beach from the side of the hotel and renter the hotel grounds using your room key. • Although I had a grumble about lunch food options, overall the food itself was tasty! We loved Mexican and Italian night. • There was entertainment every night. You had someone play the piano in the piano bar and then in the evening bar, you had bingo or a quiz with a main act at 21:30pm. • The hotel has a sunbed rule. If you leave your sunbed unattended before 10am, your towels are removed. This worked really well and it was only at the weekends with the locals the pool seemed busy. Otherwise there were almost always empty sunbeds dotted around. • The staff are very friendly and the entertainment staff are really engaging. • The hotel has I think 4-6 lifts dotted around. We never once had any issues with lifts and waiting. • In my option, a good selection on alcoholic drinks with the basic all inclusive package. • The hotel and rooms are very clean. • Never once has an issues with noisiness from neighbours or people outside/upstairs. • There is a mini market in the hotel. We often bought water and snacks. • You get a 30 minute slot if you do not pay extra to extend your room on checkout day to shower etc. • Although there is not much round the hotel, it is fairly cheap to travel to nearby towns etc.
I may have forgotten some positives. I will say this is not a standard TUI Blue hotel anymore in my opinion in comparison to others I have experienced. But this was still a lovely holiday.
Another fantastic stay at this wonderful hotel. Chilled, very relaxing atmosphere. Bus stop close by to get out and about. Culinarium restaurant fabulous. Highly recommended to anyone thinking of booking.
