Late checkout service poor
We had a lovely stay at the hotel overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the all-inclusive food was fresh with plenty of choice. The Mexican-themed food was particularly good. At times, the food could have been a little warmer, but the quality and variety were generally very good. There were lots of activities around the pool during the day, and the activity staff were friendly, enthusiastic and made an effort to include everyone. The pools were quite cold, although they were sometimes very welcome when the weather was hot!
Unfortunately, the end of our holiday was disappointing due to the lack of flexibility with late checkout. We were offered a late checkout room for only two hours at an additional cost. We were more than willing to pay for extra hours, but were told this wasn't possible. There was also no offer of a vacant room where we could shower before our journey home. We were instead directed to the showers under the Olympic pool, which unfortunately were not particularly clean.
The cleanliness of the poolside toilets was also disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell, and on our visit there was no hand soap or sanitiser available.
Overall, we enjoyed many aspects of our stay, particularly the food, activities and friendly staff. However, the poor poolside toilet cleanliness and the lack of a reasonable late checkout or shower facility left us disappointed at the end of what had otherwise been a lovely holiday.

Absolutely amazing
Our stay was absolutely amazing and exceeded all our expectations. The entire resort is beautiful, huge, and has so much to offer. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, especially the staff at the reception and the Breeze Pool Bar. We were impressed by the variety of shops, restaurants, and facilities throughout the resort. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would happily come back again!

Rooms lovely, food a disaster.
The rooms and the hotel are very appealing. If you enjoy nice meals then probably avoid. Being an ‘Active resort’ I predicted food and nutrition would be at the forefront, how wrong was I. Ended yo paying for meals out instead as didn’t trust the on-site restaurants that aren’t included in all-inclusive. Also bizarre. Anyway, rooms really nice. Bed great. Nice pool and a great start to the day racing for the sun loungers
