Here is my honest review of the hotel and my stay. Check in was swift and we were given a much appreciated drink upon arrival. The reception area smelt like a boutique spa and was lovely. Unfortunately, the room we were initially given overlooked a dusty alley and graffitied garage doors and the air con didn't work. So, I asked if we were able to switch rooms and was then given the option of a ground floor room near the main pool. We gratefully swapped. Immediate obvious issues in the room was that the jacuzzi spa which was outside in the previous room was now inside this one taking up a large amount of space. There was only one bedside plug available which meant we either had to overload a singular plug socket or use one by the bathroom sink. My partner went out and sourced a few extension cables in order to make things more comfortable for us so bear that in mind. What would've been more practical would be to have a mirror above the table that the coffee machine sat on. Ladies like to sit at a table with a mirror to do their hair and makeup. Unfortunately as this wasn't an option I had to sit on the side of my bed and blindly do my hair and then perch on the side of the jacuzzi bath to do my makeup as there was no space to put anything on the other side where the sink was. The bathroom sink was in the room as there was no private separate bathroom area. There was no lock on the toilet door and the although the shower was wonderful in terms of pressure, the actual shower tray wasn't deep enough and every time you showered, the floor outside the door flooded. We also had a major ant issue and on multiple days we had to remove cockroaches. Being on the ground floor, being on the ground floor, I don't suppose there is much that can be done about this. The bed was by far THE most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in and being able to leave the key card in the wall meant we had air con running throughout the day. This was very welcomed as it got extremely hot throughout the day. The wardrobe was large but didn't allow for dresses to be hung as there was a shelf sitting below the clothes rail so clothes needed to stay folded on the shelves instead. There is a safe but we didn't use it. There is also a mini bar which any items taken needed to be accounted and paid for which seemed a little strange as if you go all inclusive these items are available free to you. We didn't experience any issues getting a sun bed and even saw some staff members moving towels off beds people were reserving at 7:30am as they were then very clearly either going back to their rooms or just going for breakfast but wanted to reserve their space. There are two pools. One main pool and one just up by the breeze bar. The one with the infinity pool offers absolutely no shade and has no parasols and it's easy to be fooled by the strong breeze you feel when you're up there. We then spent the rest of our time by the main pool to avoid the harsh UV rays. There were a few activities going on each day but they were quiet and weren't intrusive to the rest of the holiday makers. There are two bars "breeze bar" and "champs" both offer lunch options as the main restaurant doesn't provide lunch. I never struggled to find anything to eat and food was always varied and very tasty. We ate lunch one afternoon at the breeze bar and again, the food was both filling and delicious. There is a cocktail lounge as well as drinks being served in breeze bar and champs. I have never been anywhere where the cocktail menu was so varied and they were all absolutely delicious. A real treat and highlight. The best cocktails, in my opinion were served in the cocktail lounge which opened from 6pm till 1am every night. The silver fizz was incredible and I would highly recommend it! There was entertainment set in both the cocktail lounge and champs bar and the lovely thing about this was it wasn't at all invasive to the rest of the hotel. The grounds were immaculate and the extremely hard working staff were very polite and courteous. Every day you find more and more to appreciate about this wonderful place. There were local amenities within walking distance, as was the beach. I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday and we both really enjoyed our time here.

When arrived in room noticed floor hadn't been cleaned and hadn't been done the whole stay 9 nights. Bar staff slow with drinks. If your a fussy eater like me your very limited.
