This hotel is situated in one of the most attractive touristic destinations of the island, Costa Teguise resort. Surrounded by a magnificent canary garden, the hotel offers its guests magnificent views over the Atlantic Ocean. The capital is around 1.5 km away and can be easily reached by car.The hotel is perfect for families with children who love spending time at the pool. Lanzarote airport is just 10 km away.
recently stayed at this hotel, and can say that we will not be returning, in particular there is a man who works on reception during the night and is extremely rude, aggressive, and argumentative which shocked us as young girls, we came to them for help regarding a nearly serious situation and they ended up turning it back onto us instead? the hospitality and customer service in this hotel is the worst i've seen, i will say however there are a few member of the staff in particular the younger members who are kind and happy to help! we also got put into the volcano themed rooms when we booked for a regular room which isn't great considering it's not what we booked for or expected
Just got back from a week here, and before we went I have to admit I was a little anxious after reading some of the reviews. However, we had a great holiday! The rooms were spotless. The air conditioning could be a bit hit and miss at times, but after speaking to reception it definitely improved. If you wanted fresh towels, you just left the dirty ones in the bath and they were replaced with clean ones. The room was cleaned every day, and there was also a mini fridge plus tea and coffee making facilities, which was really handy. The food was absolutely fine. At every meal we found something we enjoyed. We found the smaller counter on the left as you walked in usually had the better selection. During the week we had kebabs, pork steaks, chicken, fish, pizzas, pasta, and there was always plenty of fresh fruit and salad. The pool bar had cheese, ham, bread and snacks, then between 3–5pm after lunch finished it served burgers, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, chips and nachos. You definitely won't go hungry! The drinks were good too. Sometimes there was a queue, but we never waited more than about five minutes. We paid the €1 refundable deposit for the reusable plastic cup, and it was swapped for a clean one every time we got another drink. The animation team worked really hard. My daughter loved the kids' club and went most days from 10–12 and 3–5pm. She did golf, drawing, trips to the park, water balloon fights and loads more. My 13-year-old son enjoyed the rifle shooting, archery, bowls and water polo. I joined in with the aqua gym and aqua bikes, which were great fun. There's a TV screen in reception that shows all the daily activities, entertainment and times, which was really useful. We went to the evening entertainment a few nights. Karaoke was a good laugh, and we also enjoyed the quiz night, live music and bingo. We liked the pool area. The sunbeds stay chained up until 10am, but we never had any trouble finding somewhere to sit. The slides were great. Adults aren't allowed on them, which we thought was understandable. You could use balls and inflatable rings in the smaller kids' pool but not in the main pool, which also made sense considering how busy it got. We walked to the local beach in about 15 minutes. It's quite rocky when you first get into the sea, but it stays shallow for a long way out. One evening we went to the local Chinese buffet, which was really good. It was €18 for adults and €10 for children. We also heard lots of people recommending the steakhouse nearby. Overall, for what we paid for an all-inclusive holiday, it was much better than we expected. Just wanted to share our experience because the reviews had me worried before we went, but we honestly had a lovely week!
Hotel was spotless, rooms spacious with great views, pool area cleaned every morning which was good to see. Cocktails lovely, lots of food.
25 minutes walk to the beach or 5 minute bus ride away.
Only thing was the entertainment in peak season we thought it would be better, quiz and karoke aren't really entertainment for that type of evening entertainment.
Thanks for a great time
The temperature is 34° and there is no working aircon in the room and nothing has been done despite complaining several times. Waste of money!
Stayed here July 2026 with my 17 year old son.
It is a decently located hotel (ten minutes taxi from the airport) of a medium sort of size. Clientele is mainly British with a few Spanish. We had a good time and made some good friends.
Food: Standard AI quality. Always something nice to eat and a good enough selection. The pork ribs were to die for! One big negative for me was no omelette station in the morning and for my son no crepe station during the day.
Room: Decent sized room with balcony and the nice feature of having the sink outside the toilet/shower area so you could still get ready with someone in the shower. One really important thing to mention is we could break into our room using a credit card as there was a HUGE GAP between door and and frame. Not a problem at night as you can double lock the door from the inside, but during the day your stuff isn't completely safe. I noticed there were a LOT of doors with this same gap. I reported it on day one but nothing was done.
Pool: Decent enough pool. On the cool side but not a problem when it's hot weather. If you want to get a few swimming lengths in forget it as it's purely for playing in and an odd shape. The other thing is there are no inflatables or ball games allowed. Which is a bit of a deal breaker for us and would prevent me from going again. There was an odd situation with sun loungers too as you absolutely aren't allowed to reserve one before 10am, then there is a mad scramble to get one and a space when they are unlocked. People were hovering nearby up to an hour in advance.
Service: Friendly enough. They were very tolerant of my weak attempts of using Spanish. Sometimes there was a long wait at both bars with only one person serving. I quite like the fact alcoholic content is low as I'd be flat on my back most days otherwise.
Entertainment: Standard evening stuff. Mini disco, quiz, karaoke, bingo, various performers. They have quite a nice amphitheatre for this and some of the acts are engaging. We won the music quiz twice as that's our bag.
Gym: Spacious and reasonably well equipped. Free weights up to 25kg and an incline bench are all i need. There were a few aerobic fitness machines but I didn't try those.
Outdoor activities: Shooting, water pool, aqua aerobics, archery and shuffleboard were on offer. However the beach volleyball court was in disrepair and not usable which was a shame. I also noticed a boule piste and crazy golf.
Another thing to mention was that it is 10 euros deposit to hire a towel which is great. However I left two towels by the pool one morning whilst I had breakfast and they were taken by a cleaner. When I mentioned this to reception they weren't very sympathetic and just said I shouldn't have left them there. They were going to make me pay another 20 euros to replace them. They also claimed their staff wouldn't touch them. Thankfully they turned up, as one of their staff HAD taken them so it ended ok.
Would i go again? Maybe, it IS good value for what you get let's not forget that. The lack of omelette/crepe station, the unsecure door situation and no balls/inflatables in the pool might make me think twice.
