good holiday but wouldn’t stay at this hotel again
Location - it’s about 15 mins walk to sea front and main area of Costa teguise. Hotel entertainment - this is shocking the acts couldn’t sing, they also has acrobats that kept dropping things and doing the show wrong. It’s ok for 3 star but I would recommend going out for evening entertainment. Food is lovely no issues the best part of the stay. Both pools need repairing, the floors are damaged and broken even dangerous in baby pool I cut my toe open on the flooring. We stayed in C block which is shocking, bed are rock solid may as well sleep on floor, tiny bugs all in bathroom, the floors was filthy making feet jet black. AC is shocking, it was ok in the living room but barely blows out in the bedrooms and is so noisy. Overall I would say low end 3 star is about right it’s basic hotel outdated and needs a bit of TLC.

Poor quality
Rooms are not toddler/child friendly. They need updating, our bedroom light wasn’t working, beds was uncomfortable. We had dints and marks on our fridge door and table. No top lock on doors so children can easily get out especially if you are on ground floor outside the swimming pools. Food is average, found raw chixken one night. Pizza was lovely. Staff & entertainment staff are very friendly can’t fault them. Pools are good for children but could do with a barrier between kids and main pool. Beer was serving in small glasses making them go flat easily.
Horrible hotel
First time with jet2 taking off got delayed 1hour 15 minutes sitting on the runway! Got to hotel late no food for us at all not good as am type 2 diabetic so lucky enough there was a place open down the road,as for reception they wasn't very hopeful at all ! As for hotel looked very dated rooms smell looked dirty cleaners not great food not to bad but could improve don't think we will be coming here ever again or going with jet2 what a horrible hotel !!!!

Awful
Currently staying here. DO NOT book this hotel. Rooms stinks of sewage, constant smell of weed. Bathroom and bedroom full of ants, told reception and they tried to blame it on food being left out but this our first night here and had no food in room at all. Rooms very run down and dirty. Reception don't seem to care or want to help at all. Cups stink of urine.
3 star PLUS 🌟
We have just returned from a week stay and enjoyed our time. We were very open minded after reading all reviews- however the hotel did it’s job just fine. I would say this is a 3 star plus.
Pro’s- hotel was so close from the airport (15mins in taxi)
- Food was excellent- we really enjoyed the different themes every day and something to suit everyone.
- Staff were very friendly especially Asiz in the restaurant. All restaurant and bar staff were lovely.
- No sunbed wars - we went to the beach and came back at 14:00 and plenty of beds available.
- Kids entertainment and entertainment staff were fab.
- Rooms are very spacious.
- Walking distance down to the beach and plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby.
Cons- our cleaning lady wasn’t the best, we had to ask for her to clean our room again on one day as she hadn’t even done the basics of brushing etc. Everywhere else in the hotel was very clean.
- There is no shower rooms so a late check out for us meant we had to change in the bathrooms.
- Hotel does not have lifts but we didn’t find this an issue even with a stroller. We were on floor 1 and the highest was 3 floors.
All in all we really enjoyed our time here, I think negative reviews need to remember this is a 3 star and for the price you pay, I think it’s excellent value for money.
