Excellent Holiday
Just got home after a week at the El Trebol. Room was a 1 bedroom apartment with everything we needed. 2nd day we noticed our fridge was not working. Mentioned it to the cleaner and within 10 minutes we had a brand new one arrive and replaced.
Food was amazing. Even my daughter who is very fussy found plenty to eat.
Swimming pools were well kepted and cleaned every morning. Plenty of sunbeds to go around .
Good access to softs drinks beer wine and hot drinks. This help yourself service worked really well
Entertainment team were friendly and there was plenty to do.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning
Great hotel and location.
Return visit after being pleased with last years visit. Both times we’ve done 6 nights, great location, plenty of sunbeds- no need to reserve sunbeds. Food and drink are perfectly fine for a short break away. Self service soft drinks and beer during the day which is great. Beach/local bars and restaurants all a 5 minute walk away. Sports bar outside who will happily put your game of choice on.

The complex itself seems more geared towards families. Lovely clean grounds and lovely pools. Food was goodcwith plenty of choiceNice clean apartment. Unfortunately due to a family crisis we had to leave a few days early. Would like to thank SIMON THOMAS (rep) for getting a short notice flight for us. He was extreamly helpful. Simon is a lovely friendly person. Also a shout out to CLOE for being such a good listener.to Sandra. This note is just to let you know that we arrived home safely yesterday.
Cheap getaway
Great last minute getaway with TUI . Hotel great location not far from beach restaurants etc .Spar next to hotel .rooms bit tired but clean great shower .drinks and food on all inclusive great we only stayed four days .would consider coming back if the staff at the pool bar were not so rude .literally standing waiting to be served totally ignored not good

We came here in middle of the school holidays so it was busy, the 1st day their was no sunbeds at all but the rest of our 10 day trip here there was loads and still some stacked up at 3pm, we found breakfast and lunch better than dinner on the night, the snack bar was average you had to wait until the staff had finished their conversation with each other or what they was doing before they served you, at one point they didn’t I ended up walking off. Service wasn’t good. One big thing there is no disabled access for people in wheelchairs or people who have difficulty climbing up stairs you have to walk up stairs to get to the ground floor apartments, we requested a ground floor but got second floor and the receptionist didn’t help us just shrugged his shoulders!
