Excellant hotel
Fist time staying normally stay at their sister hotel Sirocco. We had 1 bedroom apartment that was very well maintained. The public areas are always kept clean. We were b&b which was excellent and we did have evening meals a couple of times. I really enjoyed the canary buffet
Lovely hotel
We have stayed at the galeon playa many times.. Rooms are spacious and cleaned every 2 days. Good location. Can't comment on the food as we didnt use the restaurant. Can't wait till December for our next visit special thanks to Tania on reception who is very pleasant and greets everyone with a smile.

Decent hotel
Bathroom needs upgraded / needs air con desperately as a stand up fan is just no good but other wise would come back. Pool’s are good however the smaller pool could do with some kind of shade/umbrellas like the main pool. 5 mins walk up the main drag to the centre for bars/shops etc.
A lovely little hotel.
A lovely little hotel - I was in a studio apartment so not one of the refurbished rooms but for what little time we spent in the room it didn't bother us. Mini Disco - my little girl absolutely loved, the entertainer (sorry didn't get her name) was very good - and you can see how much she loves her job as always happy, and smiling. Unfortunately I broke my ankle while on holiday, but the hotel was brilliant - moved our room to a ground floor which was a massive help for me to continue the holiday comfortably, and offered to move our cases for us. We stayed around the main pool which my little girl LOVED - met some lovely families, and despite my injury we had a brilliant 10 days here. It's in a really good location - close to the beach, not far at all to the square - plenty of lovely shops, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel but no air conditioning
We are coming to the end of our stay at this hotel. Room is a lovely size with nice balcony, breakfast is really good cannot fault it. Rooms are cleaned every other day, we did keep getting a drain smell which was a bit bad in the room. Pool is lovely and plenty of sun beds no having to get up at stupid o clock to reserve them. Would we return ? No for one reason … no air conditioning. In 34c heat it was unbearable even with a fan.didnt sleep well at all. Loved Costa Teguise so we will come Back but a different hotel .
