Very positive and relaxing stay!
I’ve just got back from a weeks stay here with my partner and we were both really really impressed and had a lovely time! The first thing that stood out was the staff were amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, welcoming us and letting us check in early with no issues. Our room and bathroom were perfect, equipped with everything we could possibly need including comfortable waffle robes and slippers, lots of options in the minibar (juices, water, coke, beer etc!), snacks, good quality shampoo and conditioner and many other things! It was perfectly cleaned every day and we were visited every evening with new towels as well as an information card and chocolates which was a nice touch! The buffet had a vast range of options for every meal, we were especially impressed by the dinner times as during the course of the week we had luxuries such as sushi, tomahawk steak, crispy pork belly, crab/lobster and there was also freshly made pizza & plenty of options for fussy/plain eaters. The other restaurants and bars were also great for both drinks and food, we particularly enjoyed the cocktails!! The activities and entertainment was perfect as they weren’t in your face constantly encouraging you to do anything but there was always the option if we wanted to and we were given a timetable when we arrived to make this clear. The gym facilities were impressive with a good range of machines and free weights, the sauna and steam room were great. We went there to relax around a pool, and do very little so the location was perfect for that; if you are looking for a beach holiday and party nightlife this might not be the place for you! There is easy beach access but I wouldn’t say it’s the nicest beach! Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel and definitely see myself and my partner going back in the future when we need a relax and reset!
Rude staff
Rude staff asked for are mini bar to be restocked about 20 times was spoken to very rudely and told it was are fault that they hadn't restoked it 🙄 also food in restaurant doesn't get restocked fast they want you to eat what's left and also cant use the nice pool unless you upgrade been all over the world this place has got the rudest staff the bar staff dont want to be there slam your drinks down won't return
Totally amazing
Well what can I say about this!!! Location is really good, close to everything (was road work atm but can’t be helped) close to the beach and shops. The atmosphere of the whole place is excellent, staff are amazing and so so friendly. I will list some amazing key people in a bit. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was really lovely, think it’s classed as a suite (2 balconies). It was alway kept clean, no noise even when music was held just below. Only down side is the balcony. Ours had a Jacuzzi but no room for chairs or sun beds where as next door was our daughters and she had beds that’s it, no tables etc, no where to hang wet costumes at the end of the day either. The restaurants were really good and food was excellent, plenty of choice. One down side!! We stay in private area and you were not even allowed to be in the pool and have your drink on the side, but over kill for adult only pool, also not allowed to play games or anything in pool. Lifeguard was so strict. Now for the best bit the staff, I probably won’t remember all of them but here are our favourites Mari Paz David Carol Fani Maria from restaurants Macarena Candela (trainee) so good Soraya entertainment (100% excellent and so nice) please give Ruby a job lol Blen -love her she’s cool Johanna (mini my daughter)

Fantastic hotel, super friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere
We had a fantastic two week stay in August/September. The atmosphere in the hotel is wonderful, the staff super friendly, especially Joanna and Barbara organizing the sports activities. And every night an amazing live concert. We will certainly be back soon!
Certainly not 5*
Very mixed. Food was good, but repetitive, and was not replenished frequently enough. There seemed to be a shortage of staff in the main restaurant and the pool bar. I pointed out some broken glass on a walkway near the pool and it was still there 2 days later. Cleanliness and friendliness were good. Strawberry daiquiri was terrible.
