Excellent hotel
Location is excellent walking distance to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel is bright clean and staff are very friendly, the chef even made an appearance at dinner on a few evenings.
Great place to stay
I was a bit worried after reading some of the earlier reviews, but from begining to end we had a great stay. I am not sure what people expect from the hotel and staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms cleaned daily, pool, poolside and sun loungers all cleaned. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. We didn't eat at the hotel in the evenings so I can't comment on that selection, but the breakfast selection was fine. one of our party is vegetarian and even she had a good choice. The on downside is that there are not enough lifts. My friend had to help an older couple carry their luggage up two flights of stairs as the lift wasn't working.

Brilliant all round
Very lovely hotel location not far from the beach/very good atmosphere all round and relaxing time/ rooms cleaned every day all staff can’t do enough for you/ very good value for money worth

Enjoyable stay at the lanzarote princess, fantastic pool, entertainment good, breakfast very good, on a whole wasn’t bad, don’t leave your beach towel on sun lounger when attending for breakfast the employee will move them, negative when we checked in reception try to upgrade to all inclusive which was a bit high for 3 of us, on a whole fantastic holiday

Animation team and bar staff
We had an amazing time at the H10 Lanzarote Princess, but what truly made the trip unforgettable was the incredible staff. A massive shoutout to Jesus at the bar for pouring great drinks and keeping the atmosphere so welcoming.Also, a huge thank you to Diana on the animation team! She is an absolute ball of light and brought so much energy to the poolside water polo matches. She mentioned she needed a whistle for the games, so I was happy to track down that little duck whistle for her before I left! Diana, you made the pool days so bright and I'm definitely going to miss seeing you by the pool.Thanks to both of you for being the highlight of the holiday.
