It’s our 14th visit and probably our last ….. our room has no view whatsoever in fact we are looking at a wall and have been woken up by delivering Lorrie’s from 6 am and after paying £2k for our holiday we are bitterly disappointed especially as I emailed in advance requesting a room on higher floor but have booked another hotel close by with better facilities. Hotel itself also looking quite tired in comparison to other hotels in area
Excellent
We have stayed in several Playa Blanca hotels over the last 15 years, the Timanfaya Palace is the best one. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, friendly, welcoming and polite. I normally get fed up with hotel food after a few days, not so here, there is something for everyone, all well cooked and hot. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing peaceful holiday.
Relaxing week away
We visited timanfaya palace hotel st the end of August, this was the 3rd time we visited the hotel,but had not visited since COVID We stayed in a sea view room on the 5th floor, which was really quiet, looking with an uninterrupted seaview It is a lovely adult only hotel, with high quality buffet restaurant, with a good variety of food,,we did not feel there was anything that could be improved We will be returning next year,as we felt we enjoyed it so much,if not more than previous visit, and would most certainly recommend this hotel to anyone I knew,

Just ok
Nice relaxing holiday but that’s all it was. Credit to all staff though they couldn’t do enough for you.
Definitely would not return or recommend.
Another Great Holiday.
I believe this was our 25th visit to Timanfaya Palace in 10 years, once again we had a lovely relaxing 9 nights at this great hotel.
First time we have stayed on the Privilege Package and felt the upgrade was worth the extra expense. It was very relaxing having breakfast and dinner in the Kasbah and we were looked after really well by Dani, Dennis and all the team. We did mix it up with the buffet a couple if nights especially Chinese night. Fran, Pepe and the team were exceptional as always. For us it feels like coming home as soon as we walk through the front doors.
Everytime we come we notice improvements and appreciate these, it’s very difficult to do everything at once unless you close the hotel for a period of time which is a huge commitment.
Thanks to Enrique, Angel and all the team in the bars and La Geria, you worked very hard during the heatwave in September and still kept all the customers happy with great service and humour.
Still the best 4 Star in Playa Blanca and we’ve tried most of them! See you in November. Gracias.
