Not fantastic
Room very standard even though we were all inclusive. Air con was awful and there was only one indoor chair although it had 3 beds. Plus what was in fridge for all inclusive was rubbish. The meals were not great as it was nearly same every day. Plus you had to use your card and await for staff to show you to a table for food and there was constantly a que at lunch time and evening meal as the hotel didn't give you a wrist strap.
A gem of a hotel
What a beautiful hotel. I was so nervous because of negative reviews but it is a lovely hotel with wonderful responsive staff! I am half way through a week’s stay, room is perfect, pools clean, so many places to relax, grand Club a must, air con on point which is a blessing as it is 33 degrees today and yesterday!

AHMED Absolutely exceptional individual at the downstairs bar made the trip so amazing and was very attentive respect all the stuff but this individual exceeded expectation
Avoid. You can do so much better.
Avoid. So many better other hotels and experiences available for this price. Bland buffet food, poor coffee from a machine and few of the restaurants open. Dated hotel.
Very good value
As a result of our holiday to Cyprus being cancelled we ended up in the Grand Hyatt in Lanzarote and im glad we did.
The hotel is in prime position for the beach which is a very short walk away. On arrival just after midnite we were welcomed with a glass of champagne and offered food in the buffet area .
Our room was massive with a huge king size bed and two other single beds,two huge tastes, ample storage space ,the toilet is separate from the bathroom. The bathroom is modern and met our needs.
Overall we found the food to be okay. The speciality restaurants were excellent, as was the spa area.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful. With a particular mention to the animation team, in particular Lazlo and Alex. There are so many activities to enjoy. Too many to list.
The entertainment is far better than a lot of our previous holidays. I was pleasantly surprised.
We only had one issue and that was the highly inadequate air conditioning in our room. This appeared to be a common complaint from the other guests we spoke to.
The main pools could do with an update but were clean . The hotel in general is also very clean. Our room was serviced every day to an exceptional level and the towels were very luxurious.
Apart from that we had a fabulous holiday.
