Great location right beside the beach. Easy laid back atmosphere. Large clean rooms. Premium price, but premium experience. Soccer for kids is great addition to the trip.

Beautiful hotel
Have now stayed here 4 times, and never get tired. Hotel is really lovey and in a perfect location for walking to the Marina or the main restaurants. The whole family enjoyed it .
Daily soccer was a winner
Beautiful hotel with a beach right outside and plenty of restaurants and some shopping. The hotel is spotless, the housekeeping staff do a top job. Thank you to Camilla! Beautiful spa, a nail salon and a beachwear shop within the hotel. Food variety is good, something for everyone. We went at peak season and had no issues with sun loungers, as other reviewers had. Plenty of activities for young families. Our boys 12 and 15 played football daily 10-12 and this is the main reason we keep coming back to Lanzarote. Gary and Scott are fantastic with the kids, i hope the hotel realises what an added bonus they are.

Definitely not five star!
Too much to mention here but not a 5 star hotel..rooms need a good overall . Toilets at the pool were disgraceful, no one mopping the very wet slippery floor Pool service was no existent.. when we finally did get someone’s attention he didn’t know what a coke was.
