Possibly the worst hotel we have stayed in as an English family, all entertainment in French and the entertainment isn’t that great. The daytime activities very rarely take place and the only ‘restaurant’ available is a glorified take away. Nothing for teenagers to do. Not at all what was sold to us!
Firstly it’s a huge resort. Family friendly yes. Copious amount of pools. Main pool area has music blasting all day - extremely loud and hard to block it out. Night time entertainment- wouldn’t recommend if you’ve teens. Snack bar - usual food options. Well priced. Has a supermarket onsite if you need the essentials. Aldi 10 min walk away but much better for food and drink options. Breakfast - food okish. Crockery often chipped and dirty. Dinner - very repetitive. We’ve stayed in serval of the THB hotels. This would come bottom of our list. Thought it had very few options for people with extra dietary needs. Room - needs a good scrub, especially the bathroom floor area. Pool area - lifeguard insitu so safe from that perspective. Lots of cats on the grounds - not something I personally like. We won’t be back and I’d be slow to recommend.
The reception staff on arrival was quite rude and impatient there was 17 of us so I guess they was a little stressed or under pressure when asked about late check out was told come back 24hrs before checking out date to see availability. Some of our family members left after 10 days and was told the late checkout was not available as they were fully booked. But I noticed the room they stayed in was still empty after 2 days which was strange I also did try to get late check out but was told the same thing. The room was a little outdated but the housekeepers did a wonderful job in keeping it clean and are very polite. The pools and splash park are very good and kept the kids happy the hotel grounds were very clean and well maintained the amusement area was very small with only a handful of games/machines which is disappointing the entrance is outside of the main Dome where entertainment was this is not great for keeping a watch on the kids safety while trying to enjoy the entertainment is not possible as it is not very well lit so constant watch was needed the walk to the beach was not too bad as the back gate was open but after 23.30 it is closed Overall the establishment is pretty decent with a few changes and additions this would be an ideal location
We were in the premier apartments which were ok they needed a bit of tlc the breakfast was good lots of choice too fill you up,the adult pool was nice, the beach was quite a bit of a walk not ten minutes.A good time lace for families.
Nice apartment, clean and spacious. Grounds lovely with a huge pool and smaller pools near each apartment block. We went in March so it was quiet. Entertainment disappointing, a lot was in French which we weren’t aware of prior to booking. Location isn’t great ~ approx 15 mins walk to bars and restaurants. Probs easier in summer but out of season when colder not the best. In summer when apartments is busy, I’m sure atmosphere is great but out of season, it’s to big to have few guests so felt flat.
