This wonderful beach hotel is located in the bustling tourist centre of Playa Blanca. The hotel is located a mere 300 metres away from the nearest pebble beach, while the Timanfaya volcano, Janubio salt works, Ajaches Nature Park and the renowned Papagayo beaches are to be found in close proximity. Guests can relax and unwind in perfect rapture amidst the intrinsic beauty of the surroundings. This charming hotel welcomes visitors with warm hospitality and excellent service. Enjoyable holiday
We have just come back from 12 day stay all inclusive
Was worried about reviews before hand but we really didn't have any major issues
All the staff are very friendly and very helpful from start to finish
Our room was clean the view was a wall which didn't bother us because you really don't spend a lot of time in the room , our safe didn't work and was replaced within in an hour of reporting it . Yes some areas need updating but it is a very busy hotel
Food daily has a very large choice it is catered for every need , so I don't understand the negative comments about the food , the only issue I would say is don't always turn up on time as not everything is out ready , we had to wait a few times at breakfast and lunch , lunch is basic but plenty on offer. We didn't starve and it was nice trying some local dishes.
Pool does get busy but there is plenty of beds for everyone
The hotel is a distance from playa and is a quiet area but that was nice
The marina is about a 20 minute walk , and playa blanca about an hour , slow walk , we got a taxi back from playa and cost us about 4 euro.
There are 2 supermarkets 5 mins away , the morrisons/ iceland is a bit more expensive than the local dino but has a lot of English stuff.

Would defo not return, hotel was ok. Air con was none existent, same as many others in the family annex’s. Told lie after lie about what was wrong/being done to fix. Food fairly basic, bar for lunch was a joke. The hotel is no way 4 star ! Hotel offered us to move rooms after complaining for 7 days to a room that wasn’t suitable for our 3yr old and said I’d have to sign a disclaimer! Would not return.

I stayed at the Mirador Papagayo hotel in Lanzarote for a week at the end of September with my Niece & Great Niece. After reading some of the reviews i was a little concerned, but i had no need to be. The hotel was great, we went all inclusive in a junior suite which had a balcony with a fantastic sea view & also gave us access to the privilege lounge. The room itself was wonderful, very spacious with a fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, a walk in wardrobe with a safe & the room was cleaned & the beds sorted & clean towels replaced every day. We were also in a perfect spot, close to the main pool, the restaurant & the spa. My Niece & i did visit the spa which was well worth the 20 euros we paid each. My Great Niece who is 6 really enjoyed the kids club & the mini disco which was on every night before the adult entertainment. She also liked the kids pool & especially the limitless ice cream which was included in the all inclusive. The drinks included were fine & there was even low alcohol prosecco & bloody marys at breakfast if you so wished. As for the food, Breakfast was amazing, but i cant really fault the dinners either. Some of it was the same day in day out, but there was so much to choose from that it was never a problem. I have to give a special mention to Michael who was part of the entertainment team, he seemed to be there constantly doing something or other & he was hilarious. I highly recommend this hotel & should i go back to Lanzarote in the future would certainly not rule this hotel out. Thank You. x

Immaculate hotel
Thoroughly enjoyable holiday in an immaculate hotel. The food is the best and most varied I’ve experienced in an all inclusive so I’m not sure why people post negative reviews about it. Would definitely recommend this hotel to all.

Terrible food.
This hotel is rated as a 4 star hotel but it most definitely is not. The food there was the worst food I have ever experienced on any holiday. It was appalling! Repetitive and what can only be described as worse that school dinners.
