Fantabulous!!
Currently staying at this hotel and it has exceeded my expectations. For a 3 star I wasnt expecting high standards but actually I would definitely put this on par with the 4 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Check in was efficient and quick. We requested a room near the pool and on ground level and got exactly that! Our 1 bed apartment is massive, very clean has all we need including hair dryer and body wash/ shampoo. We are all inclusive and the food is very good, breakfast is standard English fry up, cheeses, meats, cereals, fruits, yoghurts, pancakes, toast, doughnuts, pastries, cakes I might be missing something. The snack bar is you order so chicken nuggets, burger, hot dogs, toastie and chips. If you want pizza you pay a few euros. Ice creams are scoop ones on all inclusive but there is a choice for ones you can pay for. Drinks are standard for an all inclusive. Lunch very good with plenty of choice and the same with Dinner. The food is very good for a 3 star and one eve there was pork with seperate crackling which was amazing!! The main pool is salt water just an FYI and starts off quite chilly but our son didn’t mind this at all! Location is amazing as it’s a stones throw from a lovely sandy beach and an array of shops and restaurants! The staff here are extremely polite, friendly, helpful and lovely all round! Would I stay here again absolutely and I recommend it to anyone! Hope to come back in the future and Thank you for such a lovely stay and experience.

Best week ever with the family
My second time coming here, first was in 2024 and now 2026. One of the best weeks of my life, went during a windy time of the year but still the weather was perfect and caught a lovely tan, Food and drinks was amazing, the bar workers were fast and very easy to chat to and were always up for a laugh, the entertainment was the best I seen especially Joan or yohan, they were very interactive and made the week so much more enjoyable. 5 stars and definitely going again.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time after ut was recommend to us we had an amazing time the staff were really professional and polite the facilties at the hotel were fantastic the rooms were awesone really clean and big rooms and the pools are amazing too the foid was really nice the hotel was really clean and all the guests we met are really lovely we would definetly come back to this hotel thank you so much for a fantastic stay
Another great stay
We went for 11 nights from 2 September. This was our 2nd visit and would return. On arrival we had a speedy and hassle free check in. Requested pool view and could not fault our room. Requested extra pillows which were supplied straightaway. Hotel is great, staff are constantly cleaning and are all very friendly. All areas are kept extremely clean and rooms cleaned every day. Lots of different options in the restaurant to choose from. Evening entertainment was adequate and plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Lots of different walks to try, I.e. to PdC and airport and Playa Honda. Worth a visit to Teguise market on Sunday morning. Live entertainment at Marcos bar nightly which is opposite hotel. Had a late flight home and were given a courtesy room for half an hour to freshen up. No issue with getting a sun lounger every morning. Good value for an all inclusive stay and would return.

Very positive experience. we will return with further family members including q.5 year old Brandon
9 family members across 3 parties aged 8 to 52 years came for a week half board with TUI. Booking, transfers and check in was so smooth and we had full access of facilities while we waited for apartment to be ready at 3pm. Staff were helpful and polite.
We spent most of our time at the quieter pool as it was close to our apartments and suited all the kids. Inflatables were allowed in the pool and the kids had am amazing time. Pool was clean and no offshore gain sunbeds for everyone even after 11am some times.
Apartments were very clean, with cleaners being very attentive every day.
Food was good, lovely fresh salads and fruits and we always found something to suit most of our party.
Spar so had everything we needed and the smaller market stalls were great for buying inflatables. Lovely walk to local bars and we used scooters to go into strip at Peurto del Carmen and to the airport viewing areas to watch the planes.
Entertainment was average enough but we liked exploring in the evenings so ducky really impact us too much. Spent last evening in bar but made our own Entertainment playing cards etc
We will definitely go back.
