A fantastic hotel in Lanzarote
Ignore negative reviews- I think some people just can’t be pleased! It’s a brilliant 4 star hotel, the food was tasty and varied- I hate fish and didn’t have any problems eating as there were plenty of pork, chicken, beef and lamb dishes. Hotel staff are friendly and watching them work- they don’t stop! Pool bar snacks - pizza slices, nuggets and chips, hot dogs, toasties all with fries if you want are great for fussy eating kids and really delicious and open until 6pm.
Brilliant location, there are 2 shops close by that sell food/ drinks/ milk and pool floaties and close to the beach/ airport.
We will definitely be back!
It’s hard to be negative
It’s hard to write anything bad about this hotel , It’s VERY clean , rooms had everything you need and more , pool is decent size , staff were very very helpful and friendly , the food was always hot and delicious maybe sometimes repetitive but still great . The very small entertainment team try there upmost and were great with the kids . Maybe the kids club could go on for longer and the games room isn’t the greatest and that’s the only reason it’s not a 5star from me . Would still highly recommend

Remarkable experiance!!
We stayed here as a family of four with our teenage daughter and our 5 year old son, and we had a lovely holiday! The hotel is in a great location, the staff in general were always friendly and helpful, and the rooms were super clean. The food was good with enough variety for everyone. What really made our holiday special was the entertainment team. We noticed that they have some limitations, as sports like volleyball and water polo are not available, but despite that they work incredibly hard and always keep everyone entertained. Our teenage daughter surprised us by joining many of the adult activities. She absolutely loved zumba and even learned some bachata and salsa dance. I joined the aquagym almost every day to stay active. Every session was different, fun, and long enough to feel like a proper workout. I also really enjoyed the pilates class. Our son couldn't wait to go to the Kids Club every day, because there was always a different theme! Every evening he danced aswell minidisco, where the songs changed regularly so it never felt repetitive, and he absolutely loved the face painting afterwards. The evening shows were enjoyable too. Overall, we had a wonderful family holiday and a big thank you to all the staff there working hard for making our stay so memorable!

Great family holiday
Back from a weeks family holiday. Amazing from start to finish, room spotless and clean and attended everyday. Great variety of food at all meal times and more basic food from the pool bar if the kids are a bit picky. Grounds of the hotel are immaculate and well kept. Pool area has plenty of sun beds no matter what time you go, its cold but you soon adjust. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Can't wait to come back
Lovely hotel
We stayed here in July as a family of 6 including teenagers and toddlers.
The hotel was lovely and clean.
We wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families. Evening meals were mainly for adults with very little to offer for young fussy eaters.
We found the staff to be rude and didn’t have time/patience.
To be honest it felt like the staff didn’t like the English staying guests as they seemed fine with the others.
My son broke a glass and the member of staff shouted and waved a broom at him, which was completely out of order.
We were staying with friends and at breakfast when asked for a table of 10 the waiter rolled his eyes and walked away leaving me to move to tables and get our own cutlery.
Like I say hotel was lovely just the staff let it down.
