Surprise Birthday break
Had a wonderful week here and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are amazing and the place is absolutely immaculate and clean. The rooms, facilities and food is top notch as well. It was our second time here so we knew what to expect, we went with family and they were also blown away by how nice the place was. Well done all management and staff you should be very proud of your impeccable standards !! We’ll be back for sure 👍🏻👍🏻

Fabulous hotel
This was our first time staying here, I can see why people return! Staff are a credit to the hotel, no matter who we spoke to, everyone had a smile or time to greet you or chat. We had a sea view room on the top floor which also looked over the pool. The room was spacious, very clean and brightly decorated. I was slightly worried about how soft the beds would be as I have sciatica however I had a great night's sleep every night. Plenty of storage for clothes, powerful shower, fresh bottled water changed daily in your room. Great choice of food for breakfast. The hotel had a rule of not leaving towels on sunbeds before 10am, which the majority of people stuck to. This made our stay stress free not having to think about struggling for a sunbed! Nightly entertainment in the piano bar was a nice change and the chance to have a boogie. There are plenty of bars and restaurants a short stroll away, lots of choices for eating out. If you want a relaxing time away, this is the place to stay.
Finest hotel we've stayed in in Lanzarote
We passed here as wasteland , as a building site and last visit as the finished product. We decided we needed to stay next time. We made a great choice, from check in theres a great feel to the hotel. Super relaxing, never too busy, always enough staff at breakfast or the pool bar or Piano bar to keep every served. Enough space and loungers by the pools to fit everyone too. Good gym and spa, massage was superb too. My only gripe is the big window in the bathroom leaving zero privacy in the shower when using it. Fine for couples, no good if you have kids of any age or like our case a 2nd room for our 19 and 16 year old kids. That said it was a great trip, so many good staff but if I'd to pick my 2 favourites who remembered our names and what we drank after 1 day its Francesco and Juanco, two top class bar staff. We will 💯 stay here again when next we visit the island.

Great hotel in ideal location
Immaculate and very clean hotel in a good location with great food helpful staff and great facilities. The bars are reasonably priced as is the menus which was a welcome surprise. The pool area is immaculate and not having to fight for sunbeds each day saves alot of the usual stress.
I still could not give 5 stars as it just lacked a family feel which I’m not sure it intends to try and have. Feels like an adult only hotel who do allow kids. If we had went as a couple rather than as a family would likely have given 5 stars.

Summer escape
Had a wonderful stay with my daughter (me 50s daughter20s). On arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner and given a glass of fizz and checked in swiftly while suitcases were loaded on trolley to take to our room. Our room was very quiet and comfortable with the mini bar filled on arrival and fresh bottles of still water every day. A Nespresso coffee machine for coffee lovers. The room was kept spotless daily by the cleaning staff. The little extras in the bathroom along with the robes were a welcome addition. Great location, right beside the beach with a partial sea view from our balcony and a very short ride from the airport. We were HB, breakfast and dinner were both superb - no complaints from us as everything we had was flavourful and plentiful. Pool area was lovely, no problem with getting a comfortable lounger at any time of the day. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff member. Staff were very friendly, polite and professional. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the chilled vibes around the pool area. This was our first visit to Lava Beach and it has definitely set the bar for any other hotel we stay in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon. We travelled with Jet2 indulgent escapes and found the service and extra perks also excellent.
