Really friendly staff, specially Ada. Good food, but they can improve, mostly in the weekend. Nice room with lovely pool view. Shout out to the manager, always there to help. We will come back in October!

I had an amazing holiday in this hotel. We spent 2 weeks here, staff are amazing and friendly. Aida, the entertainer, is great and always puts a smile on your face. The entertainment here has quite a variety, from darts, general knowledge quizzes to karaoke, bingo and ping pong. The ping pong and darts are played behind the entertainment area in the games room where there is also a pool table that is €1 per play. Aida also gives out sangria and kitchen staff give out fruit cocktails a few days a week which are worth a try! Food at breakfast is always lovely and you can ask a chef to you cook you an omelette with toppings of your choice or eggs Benedict and several other breakfasts. Lunch is just as good. The evening meals are a selection from different countries each night and always delicious. The rooms are quite spacious and the air con is too good! I would recommend putting it on before sleeping and turning it off just before you go to sleep unless you want to wake up in the middle of the night cold. Regarding the pool, it is quite refreshing and the jacuzzi is relaxing. It does get very windy round the pool so hold onto your hats, bring towel clips and be mindful that your parasol could blow over. There’s another area called the premium zone which is €10 per person a day where you get comfier sunbeds, parasols and warm snacks and drinks to help yourselves to. As well as this there is another jacuzzi just for this area that is slightly warmer and just as refreshing as the other. You also get access to premium cocktails & branded spirits at the bar till midnight. The cleaners do a very thorough job and your towels are changed every 2 days. The bar is open till 23:00 for non premium drinks (although you can still help yourself to the hot drink machine regardless) and serves several cocktails, soft drinks and San Miguel. You can also help yourself to ice cream next to the bar, and snacks from 15:00 as well. There is also a very friendly ginger and white cat here that roams around and I believe the hotel feed it. I have tried to include everything I remember about my visit in this review, I never had any issues during my visit either- unless you count the air conditioning being too good by waking me up being too cold. I would seriously recommend this hotel as the island itself is amazing to explore as well!
