As well as the beach, the hotel is within walking distance of the laid back resort of Los Pocillos. Great location, friendly staff, but premium package not worth the extra cost
The location of the hotel was great — nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle, but still within easy walking distance of everything.
The staff were really helpful and friendly throughout our stay, and the rooms were clean and very spacious.
We paid extra for the premium package, which included a mini bar on arrival, access to the premium area with Bali beds, with access to top-shelf spirits, and drinks until midnight at the main bar. While these extras were nice, we didn’t feel the package offered particularly good value for money.
The premium area had a small drinks station, but the selection was quite limited and the snacks were rarely topped up. We also noticed that staff regularly walked around the main pool offering snacks to guests, but this service wasn’t offered in the premium area.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return to the hotel, but we wouldn’t pay for the premium package again. For us, it felt like we were mainly paying for a more comfortable sun lounger.
Nice Hotel
We had a great time at the hotel, the staff are very friendly, the hotel was very clean. A special mention must be made for Ruben who was in charge of entertainment when we were there!

Lovely little hotel
The hotel was small and relatively quiet which we loved. The buffet was a bit of an odd mix of things, not necessarily things that went together as a meal, although what was there was very tasty. The entertainment was basic (which some guests moaned about but we quite enjoyed) and we had a perfectly positioned 'pool view' room.
Have to mention two of the staff members who were always friendly and helpful.... Emily and Samad - thanks for looking after us with a smile :-)
There were however a couple of niggly little things.......
On several occasions during the week the hot water seemed to run out around 6ish (busy time) and a cold shower really isn't good for washing hair after being in the pool!!
Also a Spanish hen party of about a dozen ladies had paid 25 euro each (apparently) for a day pass to the pool/jacuzzi etc. Which would have been ok if they hadn't been extremely noisy, played loud music (bearing in mind other guests had been told not to play any music around the pool), spent virtually the whole day in the Jacuzzi (meaning there was no room for any other guests to use it) and were eating and drinking in there (again against the hotel rules). We did mention it to reception at the time and although they apologised, they didn't seem to think it was a problem. Definitely spoilt the peaceful vibes of the place for the day.

Nice hotel
Lovely location, 20 min walk into Puerto de Carmen and 25 to Matagorda to watch planes landing. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Nice rooms. Lack of hot water in showers, cleaned daily.
Quiet hotel apart from management allowed a hen party of 10 very noisy, disrespectful girls. Spoilt a whole day of our holiday.

Laid back good experience
Very nice hotel & spotlessly clean. Desperately need more parasols around the pool & some quiet background music to kill the silence too. More evening entertainment needed but overall very good.
