This superb beach apartment complex enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Playa de los Picollos. The complex is situated a mere 300 metres from the stunning sandy beach and its lively promenade. The town centre, with its array of shopping and entertainment venues is just a few minutes' walk away, and there is a bus stop just 200 metres from the complex. The complex enjoys a quintessential island style with a low-rise building and a charming architectural design. The stunning apartments feature soothing neutral and pastel colours and wooden furnishings, offering a relaxing home away from home. Guests will appreciate the complex's selection of leisure and recreational facilities which provide an enjoyable experience for all the family. Guests can dine in style in the restaurant, where delectable culinary delights are the order of the day. All Family Rooms are located at a separate building from the main hotel building and they offer ceiling fan instead of air conditioning.

If you have any Allergies stay somewhere else
Really no where near a 4 star hotel. From arrival alarm bells should have rung, my daughter has coeliac disease the hotel were made aware in advance of this and even though they claim to have systems in place for allergies they failed in every respect, considering how protective Spanish law is towards sufferers of allergies this was quite shocking. They didn't inform the kitchen, the head of the restaurant seemed to think it was a lifestyle decision not a serious health condition and quite honestly doesn't have the right mentality to manage a restaurant. Some more junior members of the restaurant staff were however great and did understand the consequences of coeliac disease. Rooms are clean and nice even though they are dated but compared to other 3 and 4 star hotels we've stayed in this is a long way behind.

Not as good as it's rating nearer 2.5 stars
Firstly arrival and check-in very smooth with room ready in morning from early flight. However there were no porters available to help with luggage down a ramp to lower level to room backing onto service road with no view at all. Very dated room with few plug sockets, poor lighting outdated bathroom, no carpets or kettle, not even a bottle of water in fridge which you had to buy. Room cleaned every day, sheets changed once towels twice. Safe on floor with key hired from reception at same time as pool towels. Air-conditioning worked OK. Food never quite hot and repetitive, eating out an option for quite a few people spoken with even for breakfast Bar staff during day seemed more efficient than evening but paper cups not a good option, needs investment to plastic recyclable and the they might not run out at night when staff seen going to collect empty and coming back with only two dirty ones. Then there are not enough toilets on site for the number of guests when meal service is on as restaurant is away from many rooms Pool area plastic grass is wearing away in places raising trip hazard,main pool OK including ramps and lifeguard Great location for the strip or beach and therefore eating out Check out early very easy with same level of helpful staff with prompt taxi called to airport to avoid traffic Overall not a 4 star experience needs some serious improvement or refit as usual the staff do what they can

Hotel very welcoming and inviting, bright and spacious as you enter. Luggage holding not secure with no cctv to watch your bags on early arrival or late checkout. I stayed in room 1152 ground floor with great view of main pool from the balcony, the room was very dated quite dark with the balcony curtains closed to keep the sun/heat out as only 3 wall lights that weren’t bright. Room all clean and maintained to a high standard (housekeepers are absolutely great at their job) I only ate lunch once and evening meal twice as the food wasn’t all that and seemed quite repetitive however I am a fussy eater. Very close to the main strip with bars, restaurants and shops. I used the quieter pool most days which was lovely to not have the entertainment team constantly asking if you wanted to take part in the games. Around the quieter pool they could do with some maintenance as steps/bars to get in/out of the pool are not secure and do wobble when using them, and the paint on the bottom of the pool has come away so makes it look dirty as paint underneath in black. All pools are salt pools in this hotel. Bar service was always quick with maybe a very short wait to be served, self service for a lot of drinks is a good touch and saves time having to queue. I used the shower room on the last day which was very bright, airy and had aircon which was a dampener on the stay as I was told they did not have aircon available. Calima had arrived for my stay(obviously not the hotels fault) so the temperature was quite high still 33degrees at 2am, I had to improvise and soak a small towel in the bath with cold water to use overnight as no fan or aircon available. I do think the housekeeper needs to check the shower room after each person and remove the dirty towels left from the previous people as there was a big pile of towels on the bathroom floor when I used the room.

We had a lovely time entertainment staff could not have done a better job of entertaining us. Very friendly. Staff on reception very nice too

We had a good time but the luggage drop off door was not lockable and no cameras for security hope this is sorted as we are returning in january 2027 i had a fall outside while on holiday but came back to our hotel and was given help by the life guard on the 2nd pool he was fab would like to thank him but did not get his name the bar tenders are all fab as well when i come ba k in january i hope exercisez are on as i did not join in last visit but wish to next time as it looked fun the toilet near reception needed a new lock on also but thanks for a fun time
