The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly (ish) we stayed in the ‘my favourite club’ which personally was worth the extra, the restaurant used for the breakfast was clean, never full and breakfast could be ordered which was always hots well presented and delicious, you could also help yourself to buffet style hot and cold food and drinks. The room looked out onto the beach and the private bar area was help yourself cans of soft drinks and snacks in the afternoon was brilliant. You did however have to put your towels out to claim a sun bed and the very small pool left a green scum mark on my white shirt (all round the shirt). It was disappointing that a smokers table and chairs was set up in the corner of the pool area so it don’t matter where you sat the breeze from the sea meant you were breathing in second hand smoke everytime someone had a cigarette if you wanted a bed around the pool. Lunch was on served on the other side of the beach so down a long flight of stairs and up another set (which was good for the daily steps) but not always welcomed. The speciality restaurants served nice food but the service was hit and miss and ended up going to the bar back in the my favourite club to get a glass of wine after asking twice and not getting a drink! Disappointingly a new member of staff was put on the reception in the MFC and had little or no experience. Examples include asking why our fridge had no complimentary soft and alcoholic drinks on arrival, no response and when chased still didn’t know and directed us to the bar, asked about hiring a car and told had to go to main reception (which included the mighty steps down and back up in 34 degrees) to be told could be done from MFC reception . Asked for a late check out , told couldn’t do it until day before departure, asked again day before departure to be told come back lunch time, came back lunchtime to be told no fully booked tomorrow , not ideal there must be a way of updating guests without them spending their holiday going backwards and forwards to reception. Although fully inclusive daily specials for drinks ie frappe had to be paid for, of all the fully inclusive 4 star hotels we have stayed at, this one has a lot to learn on pool cleanliness, customer service skills and quick wins to make a memorable stay x
We recently stayed here on an all-inclusive package. While the front-line staff are polite, the combination of restrictive rules, noisy facilities, and subpar amenities made for a disappointing experience. What Worked Well
Major Issues & Amenities
Food, Drinks & Vibe
Unless management fixes the basic water quality, noise issues, and restrictive dining rules, this resort is only suited for early-20s travellers.
We had a five night stay at this hotel and had a brilliant time. The stand out of this hotel is the lovely staff who are so accommodating and such quick service, the location is absolutely stunning with amazing views! The hotel is so clean and rooms left spotless everyday, we also found the hotel had a relaxing vibe ! Wide range of all inclusive drinks and food options - we enjoy eating out so the restaurants that were included were really good and definitely a pull to the hotel. The hotel is only a 10/15 min walk to the beautiful Cala d or marina which we enjoyed visiting. Very much enjoyed our stay
Excellent location, stunning cove with lots of sealife and beautiful scenery. Very peaceful. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff are very attentive. The food and drinks were high quality and plenty to choose from. Would deffinetly go back.
