";FABULOUS HOTEL "
We arrived at this hotel around 2.30pm The hotel Management checked us in, then asked if we needed any lunch as the restaurant was closing soon, this was a lovely touch. The food at this Hotel is Amazing, there are lots of choice & different themes each night. Italian, Mexican, Chinese etc.. Wine with your meal you can even select your own, however you have to pay a little extra. I would recommend going all-inclusive, ... we found out food is similar prices to England if you are eating out. There is definitely plenty of choice in the restaurant.... Loads of fresh salads, meats, fish, bread. Pasta dishes, Cheeses.. and plenty of different cakes The rooms are great, plenty of space, great AIR -CON so quiet. Comfy bed, ! Had the best night sleep in a long time! The Staff are all fabulous special mention to LUCIE, REBEKA, Very attentive to your needs. The entertainment is okay, however it always seems to finish around 10- 10.30pm.
.If you want more you have to walk into the centre, which is full of shops & bars. There are cycles that you can hire which are an extra cost.
We cycled all the way to Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy.
We also visited Porto Cristo which I would highly recommend.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again.
AMAZING
OMG this is our first time at this wonderful hotel. The minute we walked in I knew it was going to be just fab. ….

cleanliness… amazing everywhere was spotless even around the pool/bar area constantly being cleaned. A must for me!

room……. Again spotless and had a very large bathroom with all the toiletries you could require. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash and moisturiser It was very comfortable and we slept so well.

Restaurant …. It was lovely, the food was of a very high standard so we up-graded our stay to all-inclusive . there was a themed night each evening too.
*Staff…. This is a big one and one that
definitely made our holiday so great.
Nothing was too much trouble for
anyone. Always smiling, asking how you
are or shaking your hand. Ones to
mention are :- Jassmin, Isaac, Marina
and Victor who made us laugh every day
- This holiday was everything it said it be , tranquil, relaxing and fun. The hotel is situated on the beach a short walk from more bars, restaurants and shops. There was a singer every night which would be finished for around 10pm so if you want to party this is not the place to be. It was my birthday whilst here and I was kindly gifted some very nice fizz. So thank you very much we will definitely return.

Very very good but there might be better choices
So we had a fantastic time, been to Majorca 4 years in a row with friends and this years stay was the best so far! But that doesn’t mean it’s perfect having said that.
The good:
- best breakfast we have had in Majorca (proper sausages for one!!)
- immaculate hotel and great pool
- nice atmosphere in and around other guests, entertainment at night we saw was very good to
- service excellent, hats off to all the staff
Things to be aware of:
- the hotel is primarily geared up as all inclusive. Would say around 3/4 qtrs of the guests were. We were bed and breakfast as we like to eat and drink out trying different places. If you can get it at a reasonable price (another group we met got it at the same price as our bed and breakfast) all good but it’s not going to be the very best all inclusive you have ever had as it’s a small ish hotel really
- with the above in mind if you are bed and breakfast and paying for drinks you get a small watered down beer for 4 euros making it pretty expensive and not the best quality.
- the pool bar food is non existent, there is a place inside you can buy sandwiches but they did not look great. This was the poorest pool bar offering we have had compared to our previous Majorca holidays. Again if all inclusive you have the buffet lunch which looked great so not so much of an issue for everyone else a real let down
- it’s the last hotel along the seas front making it the furthest away from all the shops and restaurants. Didn’t bother us but something to be aware of.
So overall did we have a great time - Yes, was the hotel good value and a nice place to be - Yes, would we go back to it - No we wouldn’t. if you want to go bed and breakfast having stayed in Cala Millor previously there are better hotels to stay at (it’s like Tripadvisor rating really it’s 4.6 but there are 4.8’s out there) but if you can get a great all inclusive deal and you don’t mind it being a little limited you will have a fab time .
An Exceptional Hotel Stay
We had an amazing stay at the Iberostar Waves Cala Millor in August, mainly due to the exceptional service provided by Restaurant Manager, Luis, and his wonderful team, namely Victor, Eric and another waiter whose name, unfortunately, we did not catch (he escorted us to our birthday breakfast table) all who went above and beyond to make our experience truly memorable.
Luis acknowledged our birthday celebration by arranging for our breakfast table to be beautifully decorated and then gathered team members to sing “Happy Birthday” to us. It was such a warm, personal, and unexpected gesture, and made our celebration incredibly special.
Luis and team were always friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring, always making us feel welcome and valued and made every dining experience enjoyable.
The hotel itself was top class and in a great location with a great views (room 815), but it was the people who truly made our stay unforgettable. You have a great team there Paula and we will highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay with exceptional service. Thank you, Luis, Victor, Eric, and the entire team for making our birthday celebration holiday so special!
Enjoyable. All inclusive Package Limited
We spent a week at this resort in August and opted for the all inclusive package. Check in efficient. We were not offered welcome drinks but noticed other quests were. Rooms are spacious and clean. No coffee station available in room. If you are an early riser you will have to wait until 8:30 to have cofee. Unless you purchase 4 pods at 6Euro, a coffee machine will be provided. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner is excellent with a variety of options. Food is delicious and fresh and service good. Snacks in-between poor and really limited. Non alcoholic cocktails are really poor. Premix super sugary. Served hot with a few blocks of ice. Smoothies are not included and come with a cost. Ice cream limited to 3 options of which two are ice lolly options. The really nice ice creams come at a cost. 20 Euro deposit (refundable) is required for the use of swimming Towels. Beach is public and a sunbed needs to hired between 15 Euro to 20 Euro per day. It's an adult only resort. Lacks a holiday vibe. Entertainment limited to a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday during the day. Life music at night for an hour. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ocean is just exquisite and warm. It was a real treat to swim in the beautiful ocean. Compared to other all inclusive resorts we have visited this facility was average and lacks special touches of an all inclusive resort. We still made the most of it and had lovely family time.
