This hotel is located beside the beach in Font de Sa Cala and is surrounded by a wonderful pine tree forest. The town centre is 4 km away and can easily be reached by making use of links to the public transport network.
This hotel comprises 9 floors with a total of 198 rooms and features a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, 2 lifts, 2 bars, a TV room and an air-conditioned restaurant.
The rooms each come with a bathroom with a shower, a direct dial telephone, a balcony with sea views and hire safe.
In the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool, a snack bar and sun loungers and parasols that have been laid out ready for use. Sports enthusiasts may play tennis, table tennis, billiards, air rifle shooting and archery (additional fees apply for certain activities). Furthermore, the regular entertainment programme provides some variation.
Guests may select their breakfast and evening meal from ample buffets and it is possible to book a half-board or an all-inclusive stay.

Alua Calmed the Soul
This was our second stay at the AluaSoul Carolina.
Location: 10/10 Hotel: incredibly well kept Food: Lovely - themed nights were fantastic and provided nice variety.
Room: received an upgrade to a my favourite junior suite, which was appreciated. However, the placement of an additional generator to help power the air conditioning in the hotel directly below meant it was noisy with the balcony doors open. The room also suffered from a limited sea view, despite being the “best” upgrade available and being advertised as having one.
Pool Bar: well stocked with a wide variety of drinks and snacks throughout the day. The bar staff can come across blunt and abrupt, especially when you’re asking simple questions that are not otherwise clearly explained.
We were also surprised to see that a new “drink token” initiative had been implemented at the pool bar whereby, despite being all inclusive, we had to pay for drinks tokens that could then be exchanged at the bar before being given cups/drinks. Whilst this was a relatively small change, we were disappointed to see that throughout our stay, rules regarding drinks tokens were changed frequently. At the start of our stay, we were told to buy them at the pool bar, in the middle of our stay we were told we didn’t need to purchase any at all to get drinks, and towards the end of our stay, we were told they could only be picked up from reception which was frustrating.
It also would have been nice to enjoy a drink at the side of the pool. Throughout our stay we saw the lifeguard tell lots of guests off for having cups on the side of the pool.
Amazing Family Holiday – Fantastic Rooftop, SPA & Entertainment Team
We had a fantastic family stay at AluaSoul Carolina and really enjoyed our holiday from beginning to end. We travelled with our older children, and the hotel was a great choice for us, offering the perfect combination of relaxation, entertainment and quality time together.
The location of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Being so close to the sea, surrounded by amazing views and having the beach just a few steps away creates a wonderful holiday atmosphere from the moment you arrive. We loved spending our days between the beach, the pool and the different areas of the hotel.
Without a doubt, our favourite place was the rooftop. We absolutely loved it! The atmosphere up there is fantastic, especially later in the day, and the jacuzzis made it even more special. Relaxing in the jacuzzi while enjoying the rooftop setting was one of the highlights of our holiday. It was the perfect place for us to spend time together as a family, relax, have a drink and enjoy the surroundings. We found ourselves going back again and again during our stay. For us, the rooftop and its jacuzzis are definitely one of the best features of the hotel.
The SPA was also very good and another part of the hotel that we really enjoyed. It has a calm and relaxing atmosphere and was perfect when we wanted to slow down and have some quieter time. Having both the SPA and the rooftop gave us different options depending on what we felt like doing, which we really appreciated.
A very special mention has to go to the entertainment team. They brought such great energy to the hotel and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. In particular, Nano was fantastic! He was friendly, enthusiastic and a brilliant entertainer. His personality and energy really stood out, and he knew how to create a fun atmosphere and get people involved. Our older children also really enjoyed the entertainment, which made a big difference for us as a family. Nano was definitely one of the people we will remember from our holiday, so a big thank you to him and the entire entertainment team!
We also enjoyed the pool, the beach and the food throughout our stay. There was enough variety for everyone, and it was great to be able to enjoy breakfast and dinner together without having to worry about making plans outside the hotel every day.
The staff in general were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and there was always something to do while still maintaining a relaxing holiday atmosphere.
For a family travelling with older children, we found AluaSoul Carolina to be an excellent choice. Everyone could enjoy the holiday in their own way while we still had plenty of opportunities to spend time together.
We left with some wonderful family memories. The beautiful location, the SPA, the entertainment team and especially the amazing rooftop with its jacuzzis made our stay particularly memorable.
We would happily return and would definitely recommend AluaSoul Carolina to families with older children looking for a relaxing but fun holiday in Mallorca.

A Perfect Romantic Escape at AluaSoul Carolina
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at AluaSoul Carolina as a couple, and it turned out to be exactly the kind of relaxing getaway we were looking for. The hotel has such a peaceful atmosphere and a beautiful setting by the sea that you immediately feel like you can switch off, slow down and simply enjoy your time together.
One of the absolute highlights for us was the SPA. We really loved having this space to relax and unwind during our stay. It added something extra to the whole experience and made the hotel feel even more perfect for a couples getaway. Spending some quiet time there after a day by the pool or at the beach was fantastic. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and it was definitely one of those places where you can completely disconnect for a while. We enjoyed it so much that it became one of our favourite parts of the hotel.
Another place that really impressed us was the rooftop bar. It is such a special spot and probably one of the best places in the hotel to end the day. Having a drink up there, enjoying the atmosphere and taking in the beautiful surroundings was simply perfect. It feels much more intimate and special than a regular hotel bar, particularly when you are travelling as a couple.
And the jacuzzis on the rooftop were definitely a highlight! Being able to relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the rooftop setting made for some of our favourite moments of the holiday. There is something very special about spending time up there, having a drink, relaxing in the jacuzzi and simply enjoying the moment together. For us, the combination of the rooftop bar and the jacuzzis really elevated the experience and gave the hotel something memorable and different.
The location itself is also beautiful. We loved being so close to the sea and having those gorgeous views around us throughout the stay. Whether we were having breakfast, relaxing by the pool, going to the beach or enjoying the rooftop, there was always that feeling of being somewhere special and away from the usual routine.
The staff also contributed enormously to our experience. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming and attentive, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant.
We also enjoyed the food and the variety available. It was great being able to take our time over breakfast and dinner and then continue the evening with a drink without having to leave the hotel.
Overall, AluaSoul Carolina was a fantastic choice for our couples getaway. The beautiful seaside location, the relaxing atmosphere, the SPA and especially the rooftop bar with its jacuzzis made the experience really memorable for us. Those little moments of relaxing together, enjoying the views and forgetting about everything else are exactly what we wanted from this trip.
We left feeling completely relaxed and wishing we could have stayed longer. We would definitely come back and would happily recommend AluaSoul Carolina to couples looking for somewhere in Mallorca to relax, enjoy some quality time together and treat themselves to a few special days.

Amazing Vacation!
Me and my wife stayed for 9 nights, we had an amazing experience, the food, the service and the cleanliness of the hotel were on top. All the staff members were polite and wanted to make sure we have an amazing vacation. We ill be back in this hotel for sure!

Family holiday
Hotel is great, very modern and bright, and all areas are very clean and a high standard. Food is better than normal for all inclusive, and the hot food is constantly being refreshed. There is a chief there to cook eggs etc (at breakfast), and meats and fish (at lunch and dinner), to your taste. Plenty of seating in the restaurant. We also tried the Italian restaurant and again the food was wonderful. Lovely area at reception for sitting in at night, also has a bar in it. Most drinks (some are still chargeable), are branded alcohol used in them, the pubs coladas are very refreshing. The bedrooms are well equipped and modern, and are cleaned daily. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Overall we had a great stay here, for the seven night stay. Hotel is right on the beach, but surrounding area is quiet, and has not much to do in the area. Would go back to this hotel again.
