This was our first holiday abroad as a family of 5. With two young children - this hotel was perfect for us. The food is lovely, the hotel is cleaned every day for us and the cleaning staff are 5*. Constantly cleaning up everything for everyone. Resort is spotless! Staff are very friendly and lovely. Lots to do on the resort - we only left once to venture out (wasn’t loads to do other than a beautiful beach and a few shops) we had the best time. Will definitely be back.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at HYB Eurocalas.
The staff are brilliant, the food is delicious and the water park is so much fun.
We'd definitely recommend HYB Eurocalas to all our friends and family.
We really appreciated the complimentary bottle of Cava in the room, nice little touch.

Great holiday
Fantastic hotel friendly staff great experience kids loved pools slides etc
No air con/stomach bacteria
Not the greatest experience at all!!
- The air conditioning didn’t work in our room, and we had to chase the staff about it constantly. We were told, “That’s how it is, and it’s okay.” Later, Isabel from reception came to sort out a problem with our door, and she even confirmed that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly.
- The food was average. For a 4-star hotel, I expected much more. If you’re looking for healthy options, there isn’t much choice. I developed a stomach ache on the last day, and I have now tested positive for Helicobacter pylori. I obviously can’t say for certain where I got it from, but given that the symptoms started during the stay, it was a very unpleasant experience.
- The all-inclusive drinks were disgusting. You could barely drink them. The mojito tasted like toothpaste!
- The swimming pool is only open from 10am to 7pm. In my opinion, it should be the other way around, especially considering the weather. The hotel says that sunbeds cannot be reserved, but at 6:30am almost every sunbed had already been “reserved” with towels. Staff were walking around but didn’t do anything about it. As a result, at 10am I ended up with no sunbed and no umbrella.
- The kids’ club is more like a room where children can do some colouring rather than a place where someone actually entertains them.
The good things? The slides were great for the kids, and the location was okay for us because we had a car.
Overall, unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and definitely wouldn’t consider it a 4-star experience. Maybe 2…
Not a 4Star Hotel.
This is my second review for this holiday as the first one was not posted. On arrival at the hotel we had a couple of issues, there was no cot in my sons room for his 15 month old daughter and I was offered a high floor even though I requested a low floor as I have vertigo, we booked this holiday a year in advance,thankfully after a while these issues were resolved later that day. I will begin with the positives, the pools grounds and food in the snack bar and restaurant were excellent! Plenty for the kids to do, we were in the Cabrerra block the room we were in was disappointing it was basic and clean which was ok but we had two major issues, every time we had a shower the bathroom flooded, no barrier between the shower floor and the bathroom floor! The second issue was safe was on the floor, had to get on my hands and knees to use it (We are an older couple) very annoyed about that! As I said earlier the food and the kids entertainment were excellent however the bar staff were not! There was never a hello or thank you from any of them, they never even smiled I know they work hard but they served you as if you were a nuisance to them! All in all I would definitely not rate this hotel as 4star but a 3star at a stretch! And would definitely not return.
