The best hotel with best location!!
Hotel stands in very good location, near to bus stop to Palma de Mallorca and also 2 minutes walk to the Palma beach. Rooms were always clean and food in the restaurant was delicious. Close to the hotel is also airport, cca 15 minutes drive. Also the Aquarium is very close, when you catch the bus number 25 to Palma, then 2 stops and you are next to Aquarium. The beach is very long and the promenade offers lots of restaurants, bars and shops.
Dream place
Excellent location, very clean, quiet. Delicious breakfast, lots of varieties to satisfy everyone. Very helpful and polite staff. Close to bus stops and Mercadona grocery store. Has gym and spacious swimming pools. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all my friends.
Amazing staff, good area
The area was good, there’s a supermarket (mercadona) less 10 minutes by foot, many restaurants though they are very touristy. The pool area is nice, the only downside is that people start reserving sunbeds at 8 o’clock in the morning already even if it’s not allowed, some sunbeds stood reserved for multiple hours. When we asked the staff in the reception if it’s allowed they said “no” but the chose not to do anything about it. Overall the staff was very kind and helpful, we got great dinner recommendations by Gaston whom recommended Sancho tapas bar for great Spanish tapas food as well as Chalet Siena. The airport is about 12 minutes away from the hotel by bus, and the beach is very close as well. They had a great selection of different food at breakfast and very kind staff. The housekeepers were also incredibly sweet, leaving us candy and water everyday. The rooms were clean and we also had asked prior to checking in when booking the room if it was possible to get a room on a higher floor looking out on the beach, which we got. I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Typical Spanish hotel
Location is good, close to the beach. Rooms are quite small but clean. Big terrace, but couldn’t use because of the heat and humidity. Only two elevators, so we often use stairs what wasn’t bed at all. Hotel staff is so nice and friendly. Pool area nice, showers and toilets available. Pool bar good and affordable, atmosphere fantastic. I would not recommend this hotel for small children, mostly couples, young and middle aged. Food in restaurant good, lots of choices, could be more fish and sea food. Sometimes air conditioning wasn’t working quite good in restaurant, but in rooms was perfectly
