This adult only hotel is located on the seafront in Playa de Palma. Boasting a prime beach location, the hotel is just 5 km away from the airport, and a few minutes' drive from Palma. Enjoyable stay.
From the moment of checking-in, the staff were so helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the beach across from the hotel and lovely views from our room windows. There is plenty to occupy yourself. It was easy getting into Palma on the buses which were very frequent. The hotel is in an ideal location also with easy access to the airport. Overall a very pleasant hotel.

Brilliant

An enjoyable trip to Mallorca
I spent three days at THB El Cid in April, enjoying the beautiful sunny weather. The hotel was conveniently located very close to the airport and right next to a wonderful beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel.

Brilliant hotel
Really can’t fault this hotel,hotel was spotless,rooms cleaned on a daily basis absolutely brilliant position,we upgraded to a sea view room and was worth every penny,the staff was happy and more than willing to help and very friendly,100 percent recommend this hotel

Good but could be better
Just returned the hotel was lovely and staff really friendly just a couple of things I noticed for a 4* hotel the towels are very threadbare could do with new ones, I would have expected water in the room most of the rooms get no sun on the balcony which was disappointing. I found the food not great but maybe that’s personal preference. As a solo traveller I would have liked the room to have a chain on the door. Location was great and good for people watching the pools were quiet but still had people ‘reserving’ beds which is a pet hate
