Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Now we’re not snobs, but… The hotel and area is predominantly German. We’ve only spoke to 3 English couples all week. There’s no English pubs bars or restaurants anywhere at all. You can’t change your money anywhere not even the banks including Santander. You’ll have to go to palma city on the no 25 bus. All buses air con is non existent and they are hectic so many people on them. The rooms are dated. But that’s fine. Like I said we’re not snobs, we’re easy. Typical average family from England expecting a standard all inclusive. It’s just a base and that’s ALL it is. The air conditioning works - but we’ve had to get a fan as you can’t sleep as it’s absolutely terrible, absolutely boiling in the rooms please believe me when I say this, it’s your funeral if you don’t. The fire alarms go off every single night for ages and ages. There zero entertainment on a night time. REMEMBER - you are in the German magaluf also, we weren’t aware of this. Absolutely gutted, devastated. An absolute waste of £3000 for this holiday. All inclusive isn’t - and I repeat IS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE !!! Yes it stipulates 3x drinks person at lunch and dinner - but what your travel provider doesn’t tell you is that you have to pay for every single alcoholic drink outside these times, not your standard all inclusive, therefore misleading you to book this holiday. I’ll be filing the biggest complaint with my provider when I get back. I have all the screenshots of the online chat where they admit that they don’t supply you with this info - admitting fault surely. Outstanding music to my ears. Our first day the bar staff wouldn’t give us WATER IN A PAPER CUP - as those cups are for the coffee only. An absolute battle I had, to get a basic human requirement, water. We’d only just arrived and couldn’t change money at reception so they refused us water until we payed a refundable €1 deposit for a plastic cup.i understand the concept - keeps the pace tidy and less staff etc..but come WATER ?!?!?! In a bio degradable paper cup on our first night? Oh and once we found out on day two there was a cash point in reception it charges you £5 to get your money out. Food is generally ok-ish but if you are British please don’t bother coming here. Germans don’t understand what a Que is. I nearly levelled one of them whilst standing there like a mug trying to get water when they’re all pushing in. We’re still here and absolutely devastated that we are here. Please reception manager come and read and respond to my review. Please because I have all the pictures to go with my review. Absolutely disgusting. I’d be embarrassed if I was you.Absolutely mortified. There’s nothing to do and no where to go unless you want to drink all day outside the hotel. Yeah couple bits of water sports etc..So BRITS do your research!! The area around the hotel buildings is an absolute dump. Homeless on every other corner begging. Infact there’s always men hanging around the front of the reception - we opened the door with our room key which is a good feature but as soon as we did they ran into the premises, they were not guests. They do have an Aldi and Lidl 600m away - so your best off buying your drink and bringing it in that’s what most people do. Infact don’t bother booking this hotel. The place needs shutting down. 12-3am every night people sat on balcony’s with music on and I mean proper full on sessions. It’s not for kids this place. Infact it’s just for groups who are on their first holiday, because it’s cheap bla bla bla…Yeah some staff are friendly - but there’s quite a few who are so rude and ignorant etc…oh the plates in the restaurant are absolutely manky too (meant to be clean, in piles) they’re not. The restaurant itself is like a feeding frenzy. Like sardines. Underground. The only time you feel true air conditioning is when you walk into one of their receptions for a split second. And poof it’s gone as you walk away. We’ve literally had 3/4 showers per day each cos it’s that clammy in the rooms. Rooms do get cleaned everyday - but I mean what do you expect for a £3000 holiday?!?! Even getting your change from bar staff, gets slammed on the bar top - why can’t they just put it in your hand like normal humans. In my very factually correct opinion, and like I said we are just normal family — this is the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in - and will never ever ever return. Seriously. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL. If you do….
