Nice but not suited for all
We spent 10 days here in the middle of September, all in all a good experience but a few small negatives for us. This place is deffo preferred by gangs of men and women, who to be fair was causing no problems at all and was enjoying themselves but not the peace and quiet we prefer, but Palma nova is heading in the direction of gangs both males and females. We was put opposite banana Joe's which does affect your sleep untill 4am, really need better sound proofing for that side of the hotel, but we knew the hotel was near there but unfortunately our room was on that side. Food was fine, quite nice for all inclusive. We had our breakfasts there but had tea out 7/10 nights only as we always eat out. Drinks where fine, be nice keep bar open a bit later as it's nice come back to hotel about 11 and have a couple round the pool before bed but it shuts at 11. Great staff and very clean.

Great Hotel
We stayed here as a family of 3 and we had a great time.
The hotel is very clean and fresh and the rooms are cleaned very well each day.
The restaurant offers a good choice for all meals and i would say the food at the buffet is a level above your typical hotel buffet meals for this price point.
The hotel is well staffed with really nice people working here.
Finally the location is great, a 5 min walk from the beach where there is good places to go if you fancy a change.
We would definitely return again.

We recently enjoyed a 9-night stay at Fergus Bermudas Palma Nova and overall had a really lovely time! 😊
📍 Location: The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the beach 🏖️ and close to plenty of bars, restaurants and other eateries. Everything you need is right on your doorstep.
🛏️ Room: Our room was clean and well maintained, with beds made and fresh towels provided every day. You can also hire pool towels with a deposit, which is returned when the towels are handed back.
🎯 Entertainment: A special mention has to go to Gabriel and Steffi, who were absolutely fantastic! 🙌 They kept everyone entertained throughout the day with activities such as darts, pool and boules, as well as running the quizzes and karaoke in the evenings. 🎤🎯 They were both so friendly and really added to our experience.
A big thank you also to Abdou on reception (apologies if I’ve spelt the name incorrectly!), who helped us resolve an issue incredibly quickly. We really appreciated the help. 😊
🍽️ Food & drinks: The food was different each day, which gave us plenty of variety. Our only criticism would be that some of the dishes were a little too salty for our taste. 🧂
There are plenty of drink options available with the all-inclusive package 🍹, although there is only one beer option, San Miguel. If you’re considering it, we’d recommend looking at the premium upgrade.
A few things to be aware of:
🏊 Pool opening times: The pool is open from 10am–6pm, which we found a little restrictive. If you have children and tend to have breakfast early, there can be quite a wait before the pool opens.
☀️ Sunbeds: Space between the sunbeds around the pool is very limited, so it can feel quite cramped. There also aren't always beds available around the pool if you don't get down early enough. There are additional sunbeds on the green area, though.
🎤 Evening entertainment: The main entertainment starts around 9:30pm and finishes around 10:30–10:45pm. We found this quite late and it did mean that just as you were getting into the entertainment, it was time for it to finish!
❤️ Overall: Despite the few little things mentioned above, we genuinely had a great holiday. We met some amazing people, both staff and fellow guests, and really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere.

Excellent 2 weeks couldn’t fault it
Spent 2 weeks at here with my boyfriend and parents whilst celebrating my 30th birthday, overall excellent experience. We all chose the all inclusive option as the price difference upon our booking seemed worth it to book even though we planned to eat all of our evening meals out but we was very surprised with how great the food was at every meal we had, so much meat options each day (lamb,beef,chicken,prawns,salmon) so many salads, breads, soups, paellas personally everything we could of wanted. The whole hotel is kept very clean (sometimes the pool area needs a little more attention with mopping the flooring just due to spilt drinks sometimes) all the staff throughout the hotel are friendly, professional and very good and quick at their jobs, never waited longer than 1 minute for any drink and the drink options was great on the all inclusive, big shout to Gabriel who brings a beam of sunshine to everyone’s day with his friendly bubbly personality what a great guy, very good at his job getting everyone involved in the entertainment and also helpful with anything you need to know. Location is great for the hotel 1 minute and your on the beach and next to all the restaurants and bars sometimes can be a little noisy from other people staying but that can’t be helped, pool area seemed a little squishy some days but there is many other beds down the steps on the grass area. If the price is right we will 100% be returning again in the future 😄

Great hotel in good location.
Absolutely brilliant hotel in great location. The hotel is very clean and the food and drink is of high quality. All the staff are so friendly and quick at their jobs. The entertainment is mixed for all ages and Gabriel is so much fun and a great guy he works so hard . We will definitely be booking to come back at the right price. This hotel would benefit with another pool as it can be bit squashy.
