Lovely break away in palma nova :)
Lovely spacious rooms, the hotel is spotless. Nice food lots of choice. Our favourite staff were Abel, Mustapha & Antonio, they looked after us the whole holiday. They were always polite, always greeted us warmly and were always very helpful and hardworking. Pool is nice, always plenty of loungers. Very good location lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Beach is also a 5 min walk. Would definitely return :)

From the start rhe staff at the front desk was amazing and all the dining staff and bar staff are amazing to great location 4 min walk from beach and the food was different everyday for dinner the all inclusive u can’t complain about as ordered drinks was very topped up at the bar with the bar staff being amazing rooms are clean only disappointment was paying for the safe but everything else u can’t complain don’t listen to the negative reviews unless u have you gets in the hotel at the time the only people that was rude was the older generation towards the start cause where covered in tattoos how ever no effect on the hotel there all lovely

Great hotel. Fab pool view room. Hotel is 5 min walk to the shops restaurants Room was clean. Breakfast had a great choice evening meal was same old half board choice . Themed nights some nights. Only gripe was people queuing for pool door opening. Then rush out only to leave the towels on the sunbeds and go off and do other things!! All in all I would visit again

Awesome Hotel, sadly cold food
I have recently returned from a week away at this hotel on a half board basis, the staff were excellent, the hotel was clean and tidy. The rooms were very nice with comfy beds. The location of the hotel to the beach and shops was a key point. The quality of the food and the presentation was exceptional, clearly the staff know their trade and can deliver food of an excellent quality However all food that should be hot on every sitting during the week was cold, the hot water for tea was always lukewarm and needed to be microwaved. Based on previous reviews I am sure the PR person for the hotel will come back and state we provide a microwave - Why do I want to microwave Chips, Pancakes, Bacon, Eggs, Fish etc - This may warm the food but creates food that is inedible. I would think in a four star hotel I could have hot food, based on this reason only I wouldn't return - This is a shame considering the exceptional staff you employ.
