AVOID THIS HOTEL WILL BE YOU GROUP NIGHTMARE!!!
Paid €3,635.64 for 3 nights advertised as ALL-INCLUSIVE. Unfortunately, several drinks, pizzas and snacks were not included and had to be paid separately, which was not sufficiently clear to us before booking. Had we known, we would not have booked. On the last day, despite check-out being at 11:00, staff were already trying to remove our all-inclusive wristbands at 08:00. At 10:00 our room cards had been deactivated. Our flight was only at 22:00, so after breakfast we had no access to food or drinks despite having paid for an all-inclusive stay. We also booked 3 suites and requested them together, but the third was placed on a different floor and on the opposite side of the hotel. We have submitted a formal complaint to the hotel. The main issue is that what was advertised and what was actually provided did not match our reasonable understanding of “ALL-INCLUSIVE”. At arrival we where surprised with all those conditions. What are the client choice? Go to Street looking for other Hotel? Even to do so this hotel already do not refund the payment...
