Not the worst stay.
We stayed for a 5days break. Rooms were very basic but very clean! Cleaners in everyday with fresh towels, front desk staff were nice and friendly. For it being called Palmanova suites is a little bit deceiving as its not in palma its more magaluf just up fro the strip. On a bank but great location very central to everything. We updraged for 1 day to half board (breakfast&evening meal) very basic food but cant complain for €60 for 2 peope per day. Pool was canny sun all day.
Great short stay
Stayed for a mother daughter 3 night trip. Check in went smoothly although our room wasn't ready for a while it wasnt a problem we grabed a drink from the bar and stored our luggage then went for a walk. The room was clean a good size had a fridge but I did miss having a kettle for a morning cup of tea. The pool was a good size, plenty of sun beds and clean, we had lunch by the pool one day I wasnt expecting much but it was realy good and tasty (fajitas). All members of staff were polite and professional. We had a great stay. Perfectly located for Palmanova and Magaluf.

Worst stay
Loud music in other rooms and we could not sleep until morning. There were no security and receptionist was not helpful, they did not granted late check out. Don’t book this hotel
Fab holiday !!
Do not listen to these reviews ! I was dreading coming this hotel with my children and we have loved it ! I have also got parents with mobility issues and a brother in a wheel chair and we have been fine ! Yes it’s on a hill but reception order you taxi straight away so friendly ! Rooms get cleaned and changed every day and always cleaning hotel ! Pool bar food is lovely ! We didn’t see any noise or crazy people round the pool just people having fun and enjoying their holiday like we did ! We have all loved this hotel and fab location to everything !
Fresh, clean and very friendly
On entering the hotel ypu are welcomed by a fresh clean hotel with friendly welcoming staff. All staff polite, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent value with everything you could possibly want. My only complaint is the hill outside the hotel. Definitely NOT suitable for anyone with walking difficulties
