Fantastic
We are on day 5 of a 10 day stay and can’t fault anything in the hotel. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless as is the pool area. Pool opens at 10 and there is never any rush for sunbeds. The pool bar serves delicious snacks that change throughout the day. The room is a good size with a huge tv , air con and a very comfortable bed. Great location on the front we have a pool and sea view on the fifth floor and it’s amazing. Best till last. The food. So much choice all beautifully cooked the hardest part is what to choose. It has to be the best all inclusive buffet I’ve had. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Chilled hotel
Had a lovely time at hotel tripico palia and a very nice 4 star hotel.
Rooms: We had our travel agent email to hotel upon booking to request a room closer to the main area as most of the twin/double rooms are located in the annex building which has a considerable amount of steps and no lifts- we didn’t wanna be carrying our cases that far! We were given a room on first floor in main building which was so ideal for the restaurant, pool & entrance to the hotel. Overall cleanliness of room was ok, some stains on bedding and bathroom wall could’ve been cleaner but honestly nothing we needed to complain about. Water bottle in fridge & tea coffee facilities and aircon was very powerful. Rooms don’t have much space and very little storage which we found difficult especially not having anywhere for our suitcases but most of the time we are only in the room to sleep. Room was relatively quiet.
Pool: Lovely pool, can feel a bit crowded when everyone gets in to cool off though. Doesn’t open till 10am so no sunbed wars thank god!! And always sun beds left no matter what time you come to the pool. There was a rooftop pool but didn’t venture up there. Bar at pool is serviced for tea/coffee & cocktails etc but also self serve for soft drinks, water and juice which is good. Pool bar food basically looks like leftovers from breakfast etc with some fruit and some pancakes later on. Food is sat in the open all day with no covering so maybe not the best hygienic wise, did had a pancake one time which was nice. Plastic cups are a good size but the paper cups by the self serve are tiny and pointless.
Food: Restaurants was never busy despite it being a smaller restaurants to what we’re used to at AI resorts. Just find a seat and get your food every meal which was good as we could pick where we sat, there was an outdoor terrace seating area but we stuck to inside. Great pizza and a decent salad selection however noticed a fair few fruit flies around the salad and one night there was a giant cockroach on the floor. There’s a decent option of food and I’m not a picky eater but sometimes wasn’t anything I fancied. Food quality was good though and I enjoyed everything I had, especially the Mexican night and the chicken kebab. Drinks are self-serve in here too.
Entertainment: This lets the hotel down as it’s very minimal. There was a karaoke night, bingo, live singer and some other bits and bobs but we found ourselves going to the room early to watch TV as it was very lacklustre sadly, I feel this lets the hotel down a little bit.
Location: Best location of a hotel we’ve been to. About half hour airport transfer, 104 bus to palma is also about half an hour and bus stop down the road (if it’s a cloudier day when more people are going to be exploring the city walk about 3/4 bus stops before the one at the hotel otherwise 3 buses will go past full up and won’t let you on) and a 20 min walk to magaluf, it’s close to the aquarium and some other water parks/marine parks. Lovely beaches and so many shops, bars and restaurants along the strip outside the hotel.
Overall we did enjoy our stay! I’d say this isn’t a hotel for teenagers or kids that love to be involved in activities as this is a very chilled out hotel with no sort of entertainment for children or any sort of games but if you’re looking for a chilled out place to spend a couple of nights this is the hotel for you. I also feel as though I wouldn’t be able to spend a week here, we did 5 nights and that was probably about right.

We came to this hotel for our honeymoon and unsure if we would come back. We arrived late (about 1am), check in was prompt and efficient and the man on the desk was great! Having a cold food buffet option still on at that time was a great addition too though we didn’t use it.
Room - we did put in our notes at the travel agents that this was our honeymoon and any upgrades were not expected but would be appreciated.
We were in block 3 and had to carry our suitcases and bags up 62 steps to get to our room. If you have to go up this many steps I really think the hotel should have a staff member dedicated to do this. However, the room was clean tidy and spacious. View of the back of building one.
Food- as quite a fussy eater I really did find this hit and miss. One night there was loads of choice and the next there was not. I found every carved meat I tried either really rough or really fatty. The Mexican night was really nice. We were only there a week and I was sick of eating pizza and chips.
Pool- we only went to the rooftop so can’t comment on the other pool but this one’s so lovely and the view is unreal. Would benefit from a rail going into the pool and some music round the pool. The staff member upstairs kept disappearing so would have to pour own drinks on loads of occasions. Also, one day I was extremely drunk and really did not feel good despite not drinking too much, the next day my husband went to the bar and the staff member at the bar told him he’d been pouring the drinks as 3/4 vodka and 1/4 mixer. I really didn’t appreciate this though I can see people who would.
Location is really great and view from the hotel is lovely
Entertainment is so poor it’s ridiculous. Leaves a lot to be desired.
Would probably return if the price was okay compared to other hotels nearby.

Hotel is perfect for relaxation
Stayed here for 1 week with my partner. (Under 30)
Staff friendly enough.
Rooms: stayed in block 3. Would have been nice if staff were to offer to bring suitcases up to the room as was very difficult to carry up the amount of stairs as there is no lift! Not great if you have mobility issues. Room itself clean and tidy with large balcony. Liked the fact there is minimal rooms in block 3. Air con brilliant. Shower pressure good.
Pool/Sunbed: 1 main pool which is nice. Does have adult only pool but wouldnt call that a pool. Always got a sunbed at whatever time of day, no wars at this time of year which is perfect. Pool doesnt open until 10am which suited us. Plenty of beds with umbrellas. Pool area clean.
Food/Drink: all meals good options. pretty standard AI food. Great desserts! Drinks (beers, wine, soft drinks & coffees) are self serve in the restaurant and around the pool which i prefer. Dont offer proper iced coffee which is a shame. Staff do a great job keeping restaurant clean.
Location: lovely quiet location in palma nova. right near beach which is great. Never short of restaurants/bars/sports bars&shops. Not far from palma city which we visited by 104 bus which is right outside hotel.
Atmosphere: very quiet, chilled.
Entertainment: poor - needs improving. outside lounge bar area could have better music to give more a vibe.
Would stay again but personally could not do more than 1 week here.
Amazing Experience
I came to this hotel late-august with my family and had an extremely wonferful time, receiving amazing hospitality and outstanding service from everyone we came across. There was an incredibly friendly chef called Luke who made us feel much welcomed. Great location with a fabulous view. Can’t wait to come back, wouldn’t choose anywhere else!
