Only 600 m away from the beach, the hotel is located in one of the most popular tourist areas of the island. Palma city centre is 15 minutes while the airport can be reached in 30 minutes. A great hotel
The hotel is amazing, I highly recommend the swim up pool room. There is a great choice of food and the buffet breakfast and dinner were so good! All of the staff make you feel welcome. The location is also really good, 5 mins from the beach and 5 minutes from the local supermarket. I would return to this hotel. :) My only tip would be to be careful of the local shop at the back of the hotel, he took more money off my card when charging me 5 euros he took 15! I didn't spot it until I had walked out of the shop, so make sure they show you the screen when you touch and pay...
Wish I could go back tomorrow!
I loved my stay at the Zafiro Palace Palma Nova in July! So sad to leave! All the staff, in all areas are super friendly, helpful and attentive. There is no need to be dissatisfied with anything, as they are so willing to help, not that I was dissatisfied with anything! The hotel is in beautiful palm tree scattered gardens with flowering bushes and creepers dotted about. The food is buffet style and there are extensive choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fresh, delicious and staff in attendance. There are also 4 restaurants which can be booked separately. The rooms are spacious and the air con was very welcome! Sun beds are always in demand but we had beds every day. 5 mins from Palma Nova and beach!
Great experience
It was a great short stay, staff very friendly ( thank you Elena from Reception). The hotel Is very clean and with nice, quiet atmosphere. Great location, 5 mins walk to beach where you have lots of activities. The rooms are clean, large and modern. The food is very good and for all tastes. We definitely will bring our kids here.
Fantastic hotel - some small niggles
This is a genuinely lovely hotel. The food is fantastic and the rooms and pools are great. I really liked that at the pools they tidy people’s things away if they try to reserve sunbeds but aren’t using them.
My only criticism would be the pool bars. There aren’t enough staff, often only one person and there’s no table service so every time you want a drink you end up queuing for 10-20minutes which really detracts from the 5* experience.
Absolutely perfect
The rooms are spotless and always clean staff and food are perfect great environment for families and entertainment for perfect for everyone! Over all I will be coming again
