Only 600 m away from the beach, the hotel is located in one of the most popular tourist areas of the island. Palma city centre is 15 minutes while the airport can be reached in 30 minutes. A superb hotel in Palma Nova
Excellent location with great restaurants (5), several large pools (one of which was designed for young children) and very nice gardens, gym and spa. Rooms are junior suites which are spacious, well furnished and have large balconies. All the staff were extremely courteous and efficient, the service was consistently excellent and the all inclusive package was excellent value. All in all a great holiday and we will certainly return.

Another great relaxing break!
My husband and I spent 5 days all inclusive from 3rd to 8th Sep. It was our 3rd visit although we have been to other Zafiro hotels, we prefer the location here. Despite the hot, muggy weather we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the excellent air conditioning throughout. We were located in the Club block and our room was cleaned to a high standard. In fact the hotel was spotless throughout and mosquito-free! We sunbathed in the Oasis adult only area which was comfortable, quiet with an excellent adult only pool. Below is the Verandah bar which serves an excellent selection of food and snacks (try the foccacia bread with olive oil). Food in the buffet was excellent as was the a la carte. In fact the buffet selection was the best we have experienced, and we have been around! Staff are any hotels most important asset and Zafiro Palace has some of the best. We must give a special mention to Hanna in the main bar. She is an excellent ambassador for Zafiro Hotels. Polite, competent and simply one of the best bartenders we have come across. This hotel is pricey as a 5 star, but worth every penny. We will be back. Isabella M, Edinburgh

Was a brilliant experience
Friendly welcoming Hotel. Staff cant do enough for you very helpful. Very clean hotel. Front of house was young boy Toni he was mine and my partners favourite always big smile helping you with your cases opening the main door always smiling and a credit to this Hotel.
Absolutely brilliant
We had a amazing time and are returning for our 25th wedding anniversary in October. From check in to check all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms, restaurants, pools and spa where extremely well looked after and very clean. We highly recommend this hotel.
