Brilliant hotel with amazing staff
Great hotel with amazing happy staff. The rooms & bathrooms are of high quality. The breakfast is really good with lots of options. This hotel is a proper 4 star hotel. Well done to all that make this hotel great.

Amazing trip
This was our first time staying here and we loved it! The room was lovely, it was clean, the beds were massive and so comfy, the bathroom was nice (shower was great) and the view from the balcony was gorgeous - you could see the cathedral, the airport and the harbour! The food was amazing - we ended up having lunch here each day! The terrace is brilliant for some drinks, snacks or a meal and the service was excellent. We had breakfast included and that was also great and never got too busy either with plenty to choose from! The pool had beautiful views and the lifeguard was lovely! Its located about a 10 minute drive into the many city however we got cheap Ubers but there is also a bus stop right outside. The castle is about a 25 minute walk drive walk and there is lots of things close by if you fancy a shop or a stroll. Overall it was an excellent place to stay!
Fabulous 3 night break
Just had a brilliant romantic 3 night stay here.....This hotel is our favorite in Palma....This is our third time here and first came here 20 years ago... Wonderful service as always.Had a 4th floor double room with a sea view balcony.....You can sit back and enjoy the view of the whole of Palma harbour within many sights..... Amazing to watch the giant cruise liners come and go...... This hotel has a wonderful rooftop terrace with plenty of comfortable seating... There is a lovely outdoor pool, and also a nice indoor pool and spa....... There is excellent lounge bar with a great variety of food offerings.. Also a really nice evening barbecue on the terrace........ Plenty of dining choices..... There is also a large shopping mall just around the corner..10 min walk.. The staff at this hotel are so so helpful...Our stay was made even better by the lovely waiting / bar staff..Especially Rossana who deserves a special shout out.. Will definitely be back here..

Great base to explore beautiful Palma
Just returned from a long weekend in palma staying at the Catalonia. Check in was very good and David was really friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. We had to wait as our room wasn’t ready so we enjoyed a free glass of cava on the terrace. The room was abit basic but good enough for a couple of nights. We spent the following day by the pool and have to say that Dan was exceptional, nothing is too much trouble and he goes above and beyond for all the guests. Palma is a beautiful place to visit and this hotel was a great base to do that.

Wonderful staff throughout this hotel
We booked a 4 night stay quite last minute. When we arrived at this hotel we were greeted warmly and checked in easily. Our room was quite basic but very clean. We had a partial view of the marina and the cruise liners.
On our first full day we visited the rooftop bar for a couple of drinks before heading out for dinner. The staff were lovely and very professional. We both enjoyed a glass of mallorcan wine which was beautiful. After seeing the chef setting up the BBQ we decided to stay for dinner. The view was incredible. The wine was beautiful and the food was delicious. We ate at the hotel the following 2 day also.
We went down to the pool on day 2. The guy who worked at the pool was the most welcoming, accommodating person. He couldn't do enough for the guests. The pool was lovely. They serve drinks and ice cream too. And of course a wonderful view!
The room cleaning staff worked extremely hard and each afternoon our room would be spotless.
All the staff were so kind and helpful.
We had a truly wonderful stay. We will certainly want to return for another visit to this gem of a hotel.
