This design hotel enjoys a splendid location in the centre of Palma, with access to public transport right by the hotel. The long sandy beach and the lively promenade with numerous bars, restaurants and clubs are only a short walk away (within 1 km).The hotel offers a total of 88 double rooms and a number of facilities including a cosy bar, and an air-conditioned charming restaurant where each morning guests may select their breakfast from the buffet. The hotel provides free Wifi connection and laundry service. The delightful rooms with en-suite bathrooms offer a telephone, a hi-fi stereo and Internet access. Central heating comes as standard. The guests can take a pleasurable time in the spa. To unwind, there is a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a hydro massage.

Good location
We went as a family to Palma (2 nights and 2 rooms) and chose Hotel Jaime 111. Firstly the airport bus A1 takes you straight to the hotel (last stop). The staff are very friendly and our rooms were ready when we are arrived just after 1pm. The rooms were of a good size and clean and comfortable with a great bathroom and shower. The location is great. We were able to walk to the town centre and Cathedral easily. The breakfast was very good and there was lots to choose from. I would like to add however that there was nothing vegetarian on the restaurant menu so after a long day out, we were unable to order any food. I had to go back out and find something that we could eat. There should be at least 1 or 2 vegetarian options on the menu (apart from hummus). Also the hallways were so dark (light saving in the corridors).
I think the cost of the stay was very expensive but found anything in that area was in a similar price range. Overall we had a great stay.

Great stay in a perfectly located hotel
Just returned from a 3 night stay at Jaime III, the hotel itself is in a fantastic location. The rooms were spotless and so clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only thing I found disappointing about the rooms was the lack of storage, there was only a small wardrobe but no drawers or other additional storage which meant we had to live out of our cases for the majority of the stay whilst this isn’t a deal breaker it is frustrating because the rooms are spacious enough to allow for additional storage.
We didn’t eat in the bar/restaurant but had drinks one night which were lovely. It was often busy though which suggests it must be good - menu was extremely limited for vegetarians though which is why I avoided.
Would definitely return to stay at this hotel if in Palma again!

Short break to Palma Ian and Ann
I found coffee and drink making facilities difficult to use as too high up. Ideal for tall people. Lemon smell in foyer was overpowering. Decor very dark and difficult to see stairs but only minor issues. Overall enjoyed my stay.

Can't recommend highly enough!
When booking 5 nights at HM Jaime III, I went by Tripdvisor reviews. I completely agree with the 5 star reviews. Great central location for getting to all areas. Room was clean and comfortable, including the bed comfort. Spacious power shower. I can't express how good the breakfast buffet was. So much choice that was regularly topped up. Absolutely delicious! All staff were friendly and helpful. Airport bus stop was immediately outside the hotel. On checkout the sauna, steam room, plunge jacuzzi and several gym apparatus was still available for use through out the day after checkout. This include showers and changing rooms. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a city break in Palma.

This hotel is great. Location is fantastic, rooms are great (jnr suite with city view and balcony).
Front of house, housekeeping and resturaunt staff are aweseome - shout out to Fer, Marta and Nacho thanks for everything.
The resturaunt is lovely space, great food and service is flawless. Usually gets busy so might need to book in peak months.
Room was clean and good value for money.Great post check out care too with acesss to great showers and a chill out lounge.
Right one thing let it down and that was service of staff at breakfast. Now breakfast is key to your day right - start off well and it carries your mood through rest of day so last thing you want is a hassled hustle bustle stressed breakfast experience - and that is what we got.
The staff are stressed, disorganised, and there seems to be no one running the show - hence the staff are so miserable and grouchy and they watch that clock like hawks.
First day we arrived at 10am with advertised service till 10:30am. The woman that served us two words to us and they were room number - then she tapped her watch like a school teacher and walked off.
No welcome, no explanation of service, no explanation of seating etc just that. Had to clear my own table between hot food and coffee everyday.
The other days were even more harried abd stressful - and i think it is down to lack of a good experienced service manager on the floor and lack of organisation.
Which is a shame as the standard and range of food produced by the kitchen staff was superb.
This is the only fault we had but it is enough to make me hesitate about coming back at peak or shoulder season again.
