I’m not sure who’s writing some of these recent reviews? But I think there may be a bit of bias at play. The hotel is big standard at best. Yes, the staff are very friendly and they should be acknowledged for that. However, the hotel itself is very old. I was lucky and given a room in one of the lower floors, these have been refurbished to a decent standard (no fridge or kettle). I enquired about a sea-view higher up and was offered one, when I went to view it, the hall carpets were worn and filthy, the corridor had an unpleasant smell and the room itself was terrible, old, dated with the matching smell from the corridor. The pool area is ok, the pool is fine. There is a bar which plays the same CD on a constant loop. The main beach of Cala Major is about a 5 minute walk, and the hotel is situated at the top of a steep bank. Breakfast I have to say was decent with a good selection of cooked and continental. Overall, I wasn’t impressed.

Great Hotel with Fantastic Views.
Fantastic hotel with the most amazing views. Staff were great and really went out of their way to assist. Rooms and spacious and the bed was really comfy, I slept like a log. The food in the breakfast hall was fresh, delicious and plentiful. A little uphill walk from the main strip but a small price to pay for the views. Also the hotel has a lovely outdoor pool with its own pool bar selling drinks and snacks at very reasonable prices.

BEST TIME
It’s located on top a very steep hill, with lots of steps. but everything is about 10/15 mins in a uber away also many shops nearby. The staff were absolutely amazing to me and my fiance. The pool was gorgeous. Rook veiws were amazing and can even pay a little extra to check out late witch was perfect for us. So welcoming and would defo come back.
