Tired and dated hotel.
Stayed one night and that was enough. Hotel was tired and dated. Room was basic. The pool area was like being on the set of Benidorm with people drinking in the pool and constantly shouting. Was woken at 2 o'clock in the morning by American guests shouting and screaming in the corridor. Staff were really nice but the place really needs a rethink on its branding as its really only a 3 star hotel at best.

Excellent hotel
Wonderful hotel, excellent position and only a short walk to the old town, sea views, clean and comfortable rooms, WiFi, coffee and tea making facilities. Very happy

Great location, great hotel
Great hotel & location
Myself and partner in our early 30s stopped in this hotel for 4 nights. Upon arrival we was checked in very quickly and efficiently! We headed to our room which was located on the 6th floor we had a great view of the marina which day and night both was amazing to look at. The room is quite dated but very clean, this doesn't bother us as we hadn't come to stay in the room.
The pool was great always sun loungers - and complimentary towels which you can grab round the pool by the lifeguard. Only slight annoyance is the sun in behind the hotel from 4pm onwards so by 5pm the pool is fully shaded. The bar staff round the pool are great & make tasty cocktails !
The location is amazing - you literally step out the hotel and within 15 mins are in palma centre with lots of beautiful restaurants & bars - the walk along the marina is lovely with bars along the way to make the walk seem even quicker.
There are little convenience shops within a minute walk both ways from the hotel and are open until late. There is a larger supermarket - Mercedona, which is behind the hotel within a 5 minute walk.
I would highly recommend the hotel when visiting palma as the location is great, staff were very efficient and great at what they do & the views are amazing !

Nearly perfect
We stayed for 5 nights second year running the hotel is in a good position check in was busy but not to long to wait On arrival in the room the safe did not work we rang reception 2 maintenance men arrived within 10 minutes and solved the issue very quickly and they were so efficient and polite The room was clean and comfortable the cleaning lady was lovey and very good at her job always came back to the room if we were in and when we went out came back Pool area was fine always got a bed so this was good Never had the breakfast so can’t speak about this Just two improvements/additions maybe is more hangers in the wardrobe and a must is a kettle it is nice to have a cup of tea / coffee on the balcony especially if you dot do breakfast like us We will return next year so hopefully will see the kettle especially hope the manager will agree 🤞
Very average
Overall a reasonable experience.Breakfast was a buffet with extensive choices and the lunches were good around the pool.The lady behind the bar was fabulous and gave great service.We had a broken bed which was eventually replaced - the rooms were clean but basic no tea/coffee making facilities available.The water in reception ran out and didn’t seem to get topped up.The hotel location is great and the hop on hop off bus stop is directly outside….
