Reverence Mare 4****SUP only adults hotel is located in Calvià, on the southwest coast of Majorca, just a few metres from the magnificent beaches of Palmanova. Our hotel is ideal for adults who wish to enjoy new and pleasant experiences of relaxation, rest, gastronomy, wellness and/or sports.
Enjoy its seven pools, six of which are outdoor pools, three of them have a swim-up area where you can relax in their Balinese beds, swim-up hammocks or loungers. The swimming pool located in the Sky Lounge, a terrace on the roof top area with daytime access exclusively for guests staying in superior rooms and enjoying wide panoramic views of the surroundings. Finally, an indoor swimming pool at the SPA, next to the complex's gym.
Relax in our Spa, with free access for all our guests, with indoor pool, whirlpool bath, hydrotherapy, sauna, Turkish bath, Scottish showers and treatment cabins.
The hotel has a varied offer of rooms, most of them with a view to the swimming pools or the Mediterranean sea. It also has two Suites and a Presidential Suite with a private terrace located on the highest floor of the main building.
Our restaurant service offers an excellent menu, either in the buffet restaurant or in our a la carte Snack Bar. In both restaurants you will be able to enjoy their excellent dishes and themed gastronomy.

Lovely short break with friends
Lovely adults only hotel. Rooms clean, breakfasts were buffet style and fabulous. Location is great. Entertainment was quite good.

Return stay at the Reverence Mare
This was our second successive September staying at the Reverence Mare Hotel, and once again we stayed half board for four nights.
One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s right on the main promenade, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and the beach is just across the road.
Another big plus is the availability of sun loungers. Despite the hotel being busy, we never had any problem getting a lounger, no matter what time of day. The only slight niggle is that the loungers can get a little uncomfortable if you’re lying on them for a few hours. A simple cushioning would make a big difference.
We stayed half board, and the evening meals were very good. There was always plenty of choice at the buffet, with your protein cooked to order and then plenty of sides available. Breakfast was also excellent, with eggs and omelettes cooked to order as well as plenty of other choices.
We chose to eat out for lunch this time, but on our previous visit we did eat lunch at the hotel and found it reasonably priced, with a good choice and food of a high standard.
The service throughout the hotel was very good. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, pleasant and helpful, and we had absolutely no issues during either of our stays.
The rooms are perfectly adequate. On both occasions we requested a pool-view room, which I would recommend, particularly as you get the afternoon sun.
The pools are lovely. They were a little cold in September, but that’s exactly what you want when you’re trying to cool down.
Only slight improvement to consider would be providing complimentary water at the dinner table and water refill stations around the hotel as many other half board hotels offer this.
Overall, we had another great stay at the Reverence Mare and look forward to returning again next September!
Exceptional service & hotel
Hotel is excellent and all staff are very friendly & helpful and make you feel very welcome back. They always try to accommodate our request of a specific room which is very thoughtful. Location is ideal with access through the dolphin bar & close to all nearby amenities. Breakfast plentiful with a good varied selection. Rooftop pool for upgrade privileged rooms was very peaceful & relaxing for most part & has fantastic views to boat watch. Cleanliness of rooms & general areas spot on. We encountered no issues and cant wait to return for our 6th visit next September. Keep up the good work you are a great team. Thanks x

Location is great
I stayed at The Reverence Mare for a weekend with my husband and friends. We had paid to upgrade to one of the privilege rooms which gave access to the sky roof top bar. The roof top bar was a small indoor bar and lounge area and then a plunge pool, sun loungers and Bali beds on the terrace. Access to this area was via your wrist band or key card and was only for privilege guests. The roof top area was a little underwhelming. No shaded area to sit and enjoy your drinks/food, and no shade over the Bali beds, not everyone wants to sunbathe all day. The plunge pool was only 90cm deep and always had an oily sheen on the surface. The sun loungers weren't very comfortable, ones either thick mattresses would be a nice touch.The bar wasn't always manned, there was a phone for you to call for service, sometimes there was a little wait as they seemed to be understaffed.The plus points - there was never more than a dozen people up there, space for around 30 people, no problem getting a sun bed. Our room was fine, it had access to a large shared balcony where we had use of a Bali bed, it would have been nice for there to have been a plunge pool there too so you could go for a dip and then dry off on your Bali bed. The main pool area was always busy but you could get a sunbed early in the morning or late afternoon. There was an indoor pool/spa that we used the day we left, no one else was in there, the pool was very refreshing. Breakfast was ok, a choice of basic hot food, selection of cold meats, cheese, fruit yoghurt etc. Cocktails were quite good, strawberry daiquiri was a favourite. If you are going to stay here, register on their website to become a club member, this gives you access to the Bali beds around the pool + 10% off any food or drink, you need a wristband to get your discount. We didn't realise this until our second day so missed out on our discounts on day one. Location is very good, go through the pool area,down some steps and you're in a bar and opposite the beach, spar shop only 1 minute away.

A lovely holiday in the Reverence Mare Hotel
My husband and I stayed in the Reverence Mare Hotel, Palma Nova for 10 nights.
The staff in the hotel were very friendly and efficient especially Marchi in the restaurant. The room was lovely with a great view of the sea. The bed was very comfortable and there was a good hairdryer that could be used in the bedroom. We will definitely return.
