Excellent stay
Highly professional and forthcoming environment. We felt very well looked after. The hotel and its staff truly deserve a 5 star rating, for proximity, the amenities and service alike.
Just perfect
One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff is top notch; everyone was kind and personable and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. This was our second stay and we hope to return again. Can’t say enough about the accommodations, location and people here.
Beautiful restored building
Small luxury hotel that delivered on all fronts from the moment we walked through the door with the calm and beautiful smell. Service was excellent with staff showing excellent knowledge and therefore extremely helpful when booking restaurant reservations - big shout out to Vincent ! Food in the hotel restaurant was extremely good some of the best croquets we ate during our visit - both waiters in the restaurant were excellent. The building itself has been beautifully restored. Our room was great with every thing you would expect - beautiful bed linen and towels, hair dryer and straighteners-, coffee facilities and good aircon. Just perfect for a 3 night visit.

Lovely Experience
Exactly what we expected and more. All the team were great and a particular mention should go to Alicia who was brilliant. We know Palma very well and the hotel was ideal, with the added bonus of being able to book the pool and spa to ourselves
Great Hotel, Location and Staff
An excellent hotel with great staff (Vincent was so helpful all the time). Nothing was too much trouble and even after we checked out they continued an excellent level of help. Great location with lots of good quality bars and restaurant's close by.
