The hotel is located in the heart of the Alcudia bay and only 500 m from a white sandy beach. Within 5 km from the town of Alcudia and its marina and also in 5 km from the golf course "Aucanada".
The hotel offers a restaurant, bar, conference room, wireless, nightclub and boutique. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool with jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish baths and massages. For those wishing to do some sport the hotel has 2 tennis courts, squash court, mini golf, mini football field (grass), basketball court, volleyball and gym.

Lovely Hotel
We went with friends - 2 couples together and were glad to be put in adjoining rooms. The hotel is absolutely spotless and the rooms are cleaned to a very high standard every day with towel changes. Food was plentiful and on the whole very good and superior to many all inclusive hotels I've stayed in before. The pool was clean and a nice area but the sunbed blockers were abound despite signs saying not to do it and towels will be removed - they were not! More sunbeds required definitely! Also the tiles round the pool are very slippy and my friend had a very nasty fall poolside. Large selection of drinks on the all inclusive including cocktails, Cruz Campo and Smirnoff. The hotel is in a quiet area but only 5 mins from beach - 21 euros to hire 2 beds and umbrella - and also some shops and bars. We had a couple of trips into Alcudia which took about 20 mins on the bus and was £2.50. The bathroom was my biggest gripe with the glass door providing no lock, no sound proofing and more or less no privacy! In the restaurant it could be improved by providing little jugs for milk for the tea and coffee - and also at lunch and dinner a help yourself to soft drinks would be better than having to wait for a waiter. There is a fridge in the room but no kettle. Entertainment was sketchy but lots of outdoor seating to watch! The staff weren't the happiest and felt sometimes it was an inconvenience for them to serve us at the pool bar and other bar which wasn't pleasant. A great hotel nonetheless which could be fabulous with just a few tweaks!

Enjoyable stay , lovely hotel especially staff
Really enjoyed our stay here. Location was good - ten minute walk to the beach and some shops nearby if you want to get out for a bit Very relaxing chilled atmosphere. The only dress was it gets busy round the pool for beds but you expect that. We had standard room it was fine The food was great and the staff were too . These both made the holiday . Plenty of seating for the evening which I have found lacking in other hotels . Only watch out is when it is humid there are mosquitoes so take repellents.

Everything was perfect for our 5 night stay. We came on recommendation from family members who came last year and it certainly didn't disappoint.
Food was plentiful and varied, staff worked tirelessly all day and night and are a credit to the hotel.
I have to give a big shout out to the masseuse in the wellness centre. I had a trapped nerve before I went on holiday and he cured it!
The beach is a short walk from the hotel and is absolutely stunning in the early / late evening. We went back 2 consecutive nights to sit on the beds just listening to the waves.
The air con in the rooms and around the hotel was a god send. If you are considering coming here then we would definitely recommend it and will be returning.
Rude staff and 2 drinks person restrictive rule
Overall, this hotel was great. It was clean, Reception staff on the whole were great and the food was excellent. Choice of drinks was really good and the pool lovely.
Our issue was the attitude and unfriendly staff at the bars. I don’t think I have ever been anywhere like it! The table service at the main bar was great but no-one smiled, had a chat or seemed at all happy to be there!
For somewhere as beautiful as this hotel with its lovely ambience and food in particular, they really need to get onto the customer service train pretty quickly if they wish to continue to be popular.
Shame that there was a restriction of 2 drinks person when at the bar. As a family of 3 (one under 18), 2 of us always had to go to the bar for 3 drinks - 2 beers and Fanta lemon for goodness sake. We weren’t running the bar dry or anything!!!

Overall good, but some things lacking.
Overall a lovely hotel, staff can’t do enough for you and always attentive. Air con is lovely and works a treat. Wonderful showers in the rooms as well. Located only a 15 min walk from Muro beach, beautiful.
As an urgent thing, they are not very quick to put out wet floor signs or mop up wetness. I had a fall on my first day and broke my toe due to slipping. Just be wary walking around in sliders or flip flops.
A few things though:
- food is not hot for dinner, it’s very much lukewarm and cheeses and meats look very sweaty with flies on at times.
- be careful of the room you are listed as having, mine said it would have coffee and tea making facilities, it didn’t. And you can’t get any drinks after 11/12 at night until 8am next morning.
- wouldn’t recommend as a solo traveller, nothing to do with the hotel, but very much a couples hotel so wouldn’t come here again as a solo.
- pool isn’t as big as it looks on pictures and people rush to put towels on sunbeds from 7:30! No one removes the towels despite some being on there hours without anyone coming.
