Excellent holiday, the hotel was well positioned for our needs, the food very good and the staff friendly and helpful. A very minor moan, the Prestige pack should include the safe key.

This hotel is set back by the lagoon about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The hotel is spotless, the staff all speak English and are very friendly and welcoming. The pool staff, cleaners, gardeners, maintenance, everyone was really welcoming and friendly. The room we had was on the 4th floor, facing the street. The room was quiet, spotless but a little on the small side for 2 friends sharing. The bathroom was great, shower good and shower gel, body lotion, soap and shampoo supplied, as well as a hairdryer. There is also a fridge but no tea or coffee making facilities. Whilst I appreciate we were all inclusive, both my friend and I like a tea / coffee first thing, as well as at night. The restaurant was really nicely set out, the choice of food on offer was excellent. Things were replenished quickly and there was a different theme each night. The salads were delicious. The drinks included in our all inclusive package were plentiful and of good quality. The wines were great. I would recommend this hotel for an adult only break, the pool area was busy with the usual culprits putting out towels first thing and not appearing til lunch or after. Sadly this happens everywhere.

Excellent location if you don’t want to be right on the beach, only a 5 minute walk away.Our room and the hotel as a whole was spotless. Excellent value for money and the fact that you had discounted drinks relating to what board you were staying was a nice surprise . Only niggle for us was the saving of sunbeds. This is annoying as people were saving them from early morning until they decided to visit the pool in the afternoon. This should be looked at , especially when you had the towel guy sitting there all day .
