Very clean and nice staff. Very very loud in the evening until 11pm. Adult pool was great but ducks occasionally poo pool side. Did get bitten but not a massive issue if you keep bedroom shut. Breakfast is reasonably good but a little like a canteen as they dont open the doors etc. Room was cleaned daily. Good bus to beach. Beaches are busy but wonderful. Forget hotel hire bikes they are cheap but not maintained at all. Strange cost for using a safe..bizarre. You can pay for evening buffet 20 euro so not bad. Its chicken pork or fish salad and chips. Pudding is the normal poor quality cakes which look amazing and dont taste great. Lots of fruit so that was good. There is good and bad but if you are a couple and like a quiet relaxed evening this is not for you! There is no escaping that. Probably wouldn't go here again but I liked the area and beach.

We are returning to this Hotel every year. For us, it's the best spot in Majorca. The management must have selected the kindest of people and does look after their employees, because they stay, and create a nice, relaxed and kind atmosphere. It's a real pleasure for us to see the same friendly staff members when we come back. They made us feel welcome and our stay comfortable.

Staff are truly brilliant, they are friendly, seem happy at work and greeted us with a genuine warm smile every day. The staff that stood out to us are:

1. At the reception Juanjo, a friendly gentleman, extremely knowledgeable, with a good and professional sense of humor. He always greeted us with a warm smile and made our day. In his continued friendly manner, he made us truly feel at home. Victor, a very kind gentlemen and helpful, was always ready to assist and go the extra mile.

At the restaurant, Nair brightened our day every morning, her communication skills are truly fantastic. Abdullagi (always smiling and happy), Elizabeth, and Louis Carlos stood out to us by working non-stop and restlessly. They were consistently quick to clear tables in a friendly manner, whenever we sat in their area.

Marianna and Josef (at the grill) were always friendly and happy to serve.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the beach (I think it's 6 days a week) with a fab driver, Jose, who is super nice, looking after each guest.

Food wise, I'm very selective in my food choices. We like healthy options and dislike oily food. The food was to our liking, one of the very few hotels where we can enjoy a healthy diet most of the week.

Hygiene and cleanliness are extremely important to us and our room was spotless. The hotel area was cleaned daily and smelled nice. Our compliments to the cleaners.

The kettle in the rooms, was a very welcomed addition this year.

Returned today from a holiday with my friends. Enjoyed our visit. Great greeting and info on arrival. We had asked for a top floor quiet room and we got exactly that. Huge room and extremely clean. Only thing was lack of sockets but we used the bathroom ones to charge stuff! Only 1 in bedroom. The rest was fantastic. The 3 pools were fabulous. We visited all 3. The adult pool is lovely and quiet. The Breeer pool is a lovely setting but the pool was 1.6 m depth so I had to buy a noodle. The main pool was amazing. The setting, plants and palm trees add to the place. We were bed and breakfast. The breakfast was a good selection. The omletes made as you wait were delicious. We had the chicken breast baguette at lunch that was so fresh. We walked to the main strip for evening meals. Smiths restaurant was the best by far. Friendly family. Made so welcome. Great prices and the food faultless. Best to book. We briefly saw some of the evening entertainment some evenings. The groups were great. The karaoke night was a good laugh. We were worried about the mosquito horror stories but we didn't get bit. Took wrist bands and sprays. It was a great hotel and holiday.
