If you have kids you are going to love it. It’s all centred around them and really well done. If you don’t you’re maybe not going to like it if you are wanting quieter. It’s noisy, lots of babies crying, children up early running up the corridor. This I don’t mind, but the buffet area is a bit of a minefield. I think children shouldn’t be left to help themselves. I had a kid running in to me splattering a drink over me, an older child nearly knocked me over running in front of me at the buffet, their fingers are in the chips etc. I know the parents should be monitoring them but there should be rules about this. The beds around the main pool are tightly packed together, people leave their prams at the walkway, people are trying to get past with cases. It’s wet. If you are on the left side (block E, F) you can cut through and use the road at the side and enter from here. If you are bringing kids though, just keep an eye on them at the live entertainment section/play area as they can get out of the complex easily to the main entrance area. However there is a quieter pool near the entertainment. There is an adults only section above the taverna with beds and snuggle chairs. But for me it’s the access to the beach. Spent all day long here. Beach is beautiful. The hotel and rooms are spotless. Cleaned to a high standard. All the staff are very courteous, friendly and respectful. The food was pretty good and a good choice most of the time. Got a hair baked in a pizza slice though and bbq beef at lunch was so fatty it couldn’t be eaten. But all else was good. Bbq drumsticks were amazing. Some entertainment during the day with a drummer who was really good. Though the guy singing some older songs was like dad drunk at karoke. A handful of shops are nearby. The main resort has more. Alcudia and Can Picafort a short bus ride away. Click with your card/phone on entry and leaving. Alcudia Town is lovely also, though difficult on market days, so be up really early to make it or you won’t. Though worth a visit either way. There is a smaller one in Can Picafort on Fridays. Good complex. Lots of different areas. Staff so helpful. Food good. Yes I would return no problem and I would recommend.

Had a lovely holiday. However every night completely ruined by Gadea at the bar. Rude and even shouts at her superior staff. Unapproachable and makes you feel unwelcome everytime you walk to the bar.

My friends and I had a bad experience at this hotel . Noisy room with air conditioning like an aircraft taking off , Poor management would only move us day 3 to a quieter location ( only there 4 nights ) Awful food , chewy, cold , dished up by young staff with zero customer service skills. Heavily geared towards children . Told we were “ water only” as we were half board , actually we could buy our drinks . Management ( no name badges ) accused me of blackmail when I requested a partial refund of some of some of the trip , we had to eat out one night food was so bad ! Not blackmail just our experience , shame Grupotel your hotel in C’an Picafort was lovely!
