Very big hotel but very well organized
Large and very nice room. Excellent size of the bathroom and perfect cleanliness. Buffet breakfast and dinner varied and quality. Helpful and kind staff. Highly recommended

Where do I begin. This hotel is just amazing. From the food, the room, the pool, the staff, the service, we cannot fault it. I am always so skeptical when it comes down to looking at hotels and staying elsewhere so I always do thorough research beforehand especially if I am eating there. 

The location couldn’t be better. You’re close to the beach yet don’t hear the groups partying along there. We found even though it was close to the bars etc it was also at the right place to not hear anything. We were on the pool side so potentially if you have a sea view (mega park is in the way) you may hear a little more. But we heard nothing. Couple of supermarkets a 30 seconds - a few mins walk away so super cool to get your massive water bottles from and any other snacks! You also are next door neighbours to the 5* Hipotels which has a rooftop bar with an insane view!! Only thing I’d say is that you get the same drinks there as you would in this hotel but they are more expensive. But definitely worth it for a drink or two to watch the sunset!!

When we arrived the reception is beautiful. Very modern but unique. Staff were so welcoming and held our luggage until we could check in. We were given a towel pass which was super cool too! So we went by the pool and got a couple of drinks at the bar (we love the baileys and oero iced frappe’s). 

The room. Wow wow wow. Very clean (which is very important to me lol), great pool view, very spacious and massive tv. We couldn’t work out how to connect our phone to it, but we were out most of the time so that didn’t really bother us. (Probably super easy to figure out lol we just didn’t see the use for it). Just something to keep in mind if you like going back to the room at the hottest times of day.

When I first booked the holiday I sent an email to the hotel directly mentioning that it was our anniversary and when we checked in they had strawberries, champagne, robes and slippers waiting for us🥹. This was such a lovely touch. 

Food. Wow. Perfection. Such a huge range and still a great selection for picky eaters. We even paid €26 each on our last day for dinner as we had a night flight. It’s so worth it because you can pick as much or as little food as you like for the set price!!

Top tips:
- book a snorkel boat tour for a couple of hours it’s so worth it! We used Captain Boleor and also Life & Sea! 
- we also used the above companies for a sunset bbq boat tour which was LUSH.
-hire an electric bike and cycle along the coast all the way into palma and see the cathedral (took us about 45mins) you get to see all the beautiful beaches but can also stop off in loads of cafes etc on the beach and opposite! Palma has so many different places to see and do I definitely recommend a day or two maybe even 3 to explore Palma properly! But you could definitely do it in 2!
-plan your days beforehand and book places as they get booked quite quickly, especially if they are popular. We didn’t really have a plan and winged it slightly which worked for us but I do wish I did a bit more research on where to go etc especially in Palma. 

Overall we loved our stay and cannot fault it! We will definitely be returning, if not to this one definitely another Hipotels hotel!!

Perfect Couple Getaway!

This  is a fantastic 4 star hotel. It's sister hotel , Hipotel Palace , was a five star in the same complex. I would say that the Gran hotel was better in every respect.

The staff at the Gran were lovely and they even did a lovely breakfast for me on my birthday.

One point to think about. We had a sea view but the view was obscured by buildings and in particular a large Mega Park party venue was opposite our room and will possibly be noisy in the summer season. 

The breakfast was of high quality, the bar and entertainment was good, and our room was very spacious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this lovely resort

Fantastic hotel

Second time here and still as impressive. We spent 9 days in this wonderful hotel! The experience from check-in and throughout the holiday was first class. The staff were perfect, the service impeccable and the facilities faultless. We shall look forward to returning.

A little slice of paradise.

Just recently returned from a 4 night break at this hotel with a party of 6 other people.  The hotel was superb from the staff to the rooms and food. Everything was spotless both inside and outside and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a large choice of food available so that even the most fussy of eaters would find something that they liked. Even though it was late March there was evening entertainment on all the nights we were there. Finally it is also well located being only about 200 yards from the beach and promenade.
